I didn't like it because the down arrow key on the joystick wasn't working and the game console's fans were dusty, I cleaned them myself. I want to return it ASAP.

I bought AirPods Max usbc but flagged by apple
I purchased the AirPods Max USB-C from the store. The product’s condition was excellent, but I wanted to ensure everything was in order. I took it to the Apple Store for verification, and they informed me that the serial number was flagged as lost in transit. Apparently, the CEX didn’t verify it and sold it to me. I still have the device, but I’m uncertain if I can find an equivalent or better-condition product from the CEX. I’m a bit disappointed after spending 380€ on it.

Prodotto rotto e mal funzionante
I received the product, but I received it broken. Not only cosmetic damage but the controller has really bad stick drift. The console also arrived with all of the previous owners details and games still on there. When it came to the refund, they took about a week (if not a little longer) to even agree to organise. All in all I’m pretty disappointed.

Damaged games
They send very damaged games, with so many scratches on the disc that the videogame doesn't read it, and games with a different cover than in the ad and refuse to take responsability for it. Then they say they will refund you and in fact, never do.

I do not recommend
I bought a product from this CEX/WEBUY because the price was cheap compared to new, I did not expect it to be in perfect condition, but neither did I expect it to be completely cracked and dirty, but without this being mentioned in the product description at the time of sale, thus without warning the consumer.
But in addition to this I was really puzzled by the service department, who as soon as I wrote to ask for a refund with return of the product, answered me right away making me think it would be quick, instead it was not at all.
After the first response that was virtually immediate the same day, it took three days to get directions to request the day I wanted the item picked up.
Having skipped this step and finally received directions as to when the courier would be coming by, I delivered the package, notified support that it had been picked up, and then it was complete silence.
After about ten days of hearing no feedback from them I showed up, asking for info and only after this reminder from me was I also told that they had no information regarding my pickup and would retrieve it as soon as possible and then issue a refund.
At the time I am writing this review I still have no idea how this exodus will end, but it is definitely not a service I will recommend to acquaintances and friends, given the very bad experience. Sorry.
Update as of 23/05:
I received my refund.

A Game in such bad condition should have never been sold to anyone!
One of the games arrived in terrible condition. It was in such bad condition it should have never been sold to anyone! Case badly damaged, cover torn, The disk has damage on top of the disk making it completely unusable and the game can't be beaten. I paid 22 euro for it so it was not cheap. For that price it should have been a lot better!
