These guys are simply amazing! My first suit arrived a quite loose, and since I was on a tight deadline, I had to request expedited shipping. Not only did it arrive earlier than promised, but when I reached out to customer service, they quickly re-took my measurements and ensured I received a perfectly tailored replacement right on time. Their prices are very reasonable, and the service is outstanding. If I ever need another suit, I’ll choose them again without hesitation.

I have been buying shirts and suits from ITailor for about 4 years.
I love customizing my own shirts, and I gotta say that they have the best and personable customer service who go above and beyond to provide you with the best service possible.

I am receiving great service from Bob at iTailor. In initially, the suit that arrived wasn’t perfect, and Bob got in touch to make sure that I was a satisfied customer. We discussed various measurements, and I’m confident that I will receive another suit shortly that will fit me perfectly.

I have been impressed by Bob’s dedication, his humility, putting the customer first in a way that so few business is do today.

I had purchased their “vintage pants” as that is the style i much prefer. And found them to be quite nice. But i had hesitated with a jacket as that can be tough to get the fit right. So i had emailed them and asked if i could measure a pre existing jacket, and Ning replied to me saying yes. Ning has helped a lot with questions and services that may not be on the full design tools. And since then i have received one jacket, and have ordered 3 more. The last jacket i ordered with a matching vintage pant was with a discount code i was given for an earlier purchase, so keep eyes out for those offers.

Ordered 1 suit and 1 shirt. Initially the suit had a couple issues on pocket placement. iTailor responded very quickly to my emails and remade the entire suit free of charge. The quality is impeccable and the shirt followed the measurements perfectly

I was skeptical about a tailor made shirt website and doubted for a long time to try it. On the 2nd of July I did. 9th of August my shirt arrived. And it fits like a glove(or a tailored made shirt I should say) fabric is good, details great overall a professional made shirt. Im happy!

I am very happy with my 2 new poloshirts with extra high collar. They made it special for me. 2 extrem beautiful jewels. I can recommend everybody to Itailor.

I recently placed my first order with iTailor and I'm genuinely impressed with the entire experience. The delivery was surprisingly fast, arriving much quicker than I had anticipated for custom-made clothing.

The quality of the garments is the real standout here. For the price point, it is simply excellent. The fabric feels great, the stitching is clean, and the fit is spot-on based on the measurements I provided. Everything about the process, from ordering to the seamless delivery, was smooth.

What truly set iTailor apart for me was the customer support. I had a few specific, perhaps slightly unusual, questions. The support team was not only responsive but also took the time to understand my queries and provide thoughtful, satisfactory answers. This level of service is rare and was very much appreciated.

If I were to offer a couple of small suggestions for improvement, they would be:

Enhanced shipping notifications. While the delivery was fast, more detailed tracking updates during the transit phase would be a welcome addition for peace of mind.

A more direct website login. I found the process of having to start designing an item to log into my account a bit cumbersome. A straightforward "Login" button on the homepage would be a great quality-of-life improvement (unless I completely missed it!).

However, these are minor points in an otherwise fantastic experience. I am already planning my next purchase and can wholeheartedly recommend their service.

I came across iTailor after extensive online research.
At first, I was hesitant about the success of a custom suit made entirely online, but I have to say I changed my mind and the experience was fantastic.
I ordered a three-piece suit. The company was always available to answer any questions I had, and they even made alterations that weren't available through the online customization service.
I had a problem with the jacket, and they remade it and sent it back to me without any issues.
I will never buy ready-to-wear suits again, but only from them.
As a constructive criticism, I would say they should slightly improve the fabric descriptions and perhaps add more distinctive features, such as more distinctive lapels.
I will continue to follow them.

Sono arrivato a iTailor dopo svariate ricerche online.
All'inizio ero titubante sulla buona riuscita di un abito su misura fatto tutto online, ma devo dire che mi sono ricreduto e l'esperienza è stata fantastica.
Ho ordinato un abito a tre pezzi. L'azienda è stata sempre presente a qualsiasi dubbio io gli prospettassi e inoltre hanno eseguito modifiche non previste dalla personalizzazione sul sito.
Ho avuto un problema con la giacca e loro me l'hanno rifatta e rispedita senza alcun problema.
Non acquisterò più abiti ready to wear ma solo e soltanto da loro.
Come critica costruttiva mi sento di dire che dovrebbero migliorare leggermente le descrizioni dei tessuti e magari aggiungere altre tipologie di caratteristi come per esempio dei revers più particolari.
Continuerò a seguirli.

This is my second custom suit with iTailor. I'm impressed with the quality for the price.
This time the pants were too short. It was a measuring error on my part. iTailor replaced the pants at no cost to me. Great company.

I love that I can get a custom-made suit at a very reasonable price. There are almost too many decisions to make! This is my second suit through iTailor and there was a problem with my measurement of the pants. iTailor replaced the pants at no cost and did it quickly for me - in time for my son's wedding. I do think that the problem might have been avoided had iTailor asked for an inseam measurement.

Today i recieved my three piece suit and the first impressions are that it exceeds expectations. The suit fabric is a beautiful pure wool from an italian mill. The tailoring and fit are perfect and customizations are applied as i desired. The staff was very helpful in choosing the fabric and other details.I will definitely be ordering more suits ans shirts from iTailor in the future.

I purchased 2 shirts a man’s and a woman's. The men’s shirt came just fine but for some reason the woman’s shirt was not made to our specifications the shoulder part was 2 inches too large. I reached out to customer service and they reordered the shirt and express mailed it to me. Outstanding service, I am very happy with my shirt.

I have been a customer of iTailor for approx 10 years. Im tall and I really appreciate a shirt that fits and is priced very fairly. I have never had a problem with the quality and the shirts I have ordered have always lasted a long time and many washes. Twice I have be in touch with them, once they were checking my sizing, I am tall! and a second time when I received the wrong coloured shirt. They sent me a new one straight away. Neither time did a speak to a bot or receive an AI generated response, I just received an emailed a polite human. I think they give a good service and are a fair and honest company.

Ok, so I ordered a suit back in December. Trousers are good and fit perfectly. The jacket however was comically large. I initially tried to contact customer service but didn't get any response until recently when the store owner reached out to me. Very kind and willing to make things right, he asked for a specific set of measurements and now the situation is looking good and a new jacket is going to be made with fool proof specifications.

A word of advice, measure a jacket and trousers that already fit you well, and give them those measurements when you order. It's probably the best way not to have any surprises.

So in this case, a bad situation is looking much better. I'll update this review when the jacket arrives 👍

I am very particular about my shirts, and started buying from iTailor with high hopes. The fabric is of superb quality, as are collar and cuff linings, and they withstand washing very well. Fit is excellent both before and after washing (I sent measurements from an existing shirt rather than measuring myself), and so is craftsmanship. Their software for ordering is excellent, user friendly and offers a wide range of custom choices compared to competitors. Even better, they are willing to accommodate requests beyond what their software will allow, although email communication can be patchy and this led to a mistake with the cuffs of my third shirt (to their credit they offered to make another).

There are a few other minor negatives. Colour rendering on the website is poor – remember to click on the fabric icon for a close up photo. Threads seem more prone to shrinkage than those of competitors, leading to puckering, which is avoidable given the quality of everything else.

If you are careful with your measurements and their software can accommodate your choices, you won’t be disappointed. Prices are very fair by comparison with competitors, and the 5-6 week delivery window is not unreasonable given that goods come from Thailand. Delivery has always been within the promised time.

My iTailor shirts are the best I’ve ever owned, even by comparison with British custom makers, and I shall certainly be buying from them again. They are a reputable and helpful company doing an excellent job, though customer communication could sometimes be improved upon.
