I reached out to exchange the color I got! On the website it’s not clear on the color selection and they didn’t respond at all customer service is non existent!!! Will not be ordering again and the product was not any better then what I get off Amazon for a quarter of the price save your money and order on Amazon

Love the keratin! So much faster to melt then other keratins I’ve used so makes install time faster. The remover smells amazing and works quickly.

I ordered the keratin powder in clear, black and dark brown. They gave me some samples to try and I truly appreciated that because I wanted to know if the other products would do the same. I’ve used the powder and it works like a charm!
