Alhamdulliah I bought 4 exclusive designs shoes and i satisfied with the excellence service done by Mr shoaib . Inshallah more to buy in future products from Italian shoes company Banglore .

We bought dapper shoes worth 15k from the store. The shoes looked luxurious and the store person left no stone unturned to convince us buy the shoes. After the very first day itself, the sole of the both the shoes was torned. After contacting the sales person he asked us to port the shoes back to the store and promised to send us the fresh piece.
Now he is saying he doesn’t have a fresh piece and our original shoes are also gone. He is not giving us the refund also.
This is a fraudulent store. Dont buy anything from here.

Today I visited Italian Shoes Company and got really excited after seeing their collection. I bought three pairs of shoes from them. Their slippers are especially great for summer. Please visit once and check out their collection and quality.

delivered the wrong order first , didnt correct it for 2 months , then sent the right order but it was damaged , now they have stopped responding to calls , these guys are scam, they have stolen 13000 from me , i have written it off as a donation to these beggars , these scammer are offering money to take down the review then only they will refund.

This is amazing place

What i ordered and what i got is very much different. This is a new company with low moral, they have pit pictures on their website from big brands and copy it to their own design and when they gets order they get it made by local street manufacturer in Delhi. The quality is so cheap and there is no return policy, and if for size you say you want to exchange they charge you the cost of manufacturing it again in the name of courier and other charges. Please don't buy because the company is full fraud.

Worst experience they charged me extra 3000/- for exchange to one size larger,
I mean I was not expecting this , now shoe cost me more than it's worth ,

Very bad experience

The products looked fabulous so I did not care about the premium cost and was excited. I have had their slip-ons for 3 months and it has already peeled off from all sides and the heels from both feet are coming off. Really bad quality product. I am not sure how such companies exist. Such high aggression to sell but such low morals to sell such low quality products.

Good upcoming brand with premium quality shoes. Worth buying. You should try once.

Very poor quality shoes. Most of them are cheap copies of luxury brands, but the quality is extremely low. Once you order from them, getting your money back is almost impossible.

Delivery takes more than 15 days, and if you try to exchange, they charge around ₹4,000 per pair just for a size change. It honestly feels like a scam. Companies like this create trust issues for other genuine Indian brands.

Extremely disappointing experience.
Paid ₹17,000 for boots after confirming all details with their team, but received an incorrect product. After returning it, the company has done nothing but delay, give false assurances, and avoid giving any clear timeline.
Multiple commitments were made and not honored. There has been no proper communication, no accountability, and now even refund requests are being ignored.
The actual product and service quality are nowhere close to what is portrayed on their website. For a brand that promotes itself as premium and showcases high-end designs, they are clearly unable to deliver what they promise.
This has been a complete waste of time and money.
Strongly advise others to stay away.
