Made my first purchase a while ago with the Italian Shoes Co and think they are absolutely brilliant at their craftsmanship. Though the delivery time could’ve been better, the quality of the shoe and the styling is impeccable with its comfort too.

A fake luxury brand that does not reflect values of customer service or staying true to its word. Extremely disappointed with the false marketing of additional shoe care which was promised but never delivered. No shoe bag.

cheated me by sending wrong product with wrong size and now they want Rs.4000=00 more to change the product and size also.
please every one avoid purchasing from them.
Now no body is responding to my calls also.

Nobody order shoes from them.. they send a defective piece with white marks on the shoes and don't accept return!! And customer service is horrible!! Worst experience ever

Recently I've bought two boots (size 12) from the Italian Shoe Company, one is 'Suede Nebula Noir' and another is 'Radiant Ripple'. Design and quality of these two are excellent. As a customer Italian Shoe brand has satisfied my expectations.

The company sent a shitty replica of the shoes shown on site and then there's no returns, refunds and it would cost you half the amount to actually get an exchange!
As some of the reviews here show, it's a FRAUD company which should have been my instinct on seeing their website which says the shoes are handcrafted in Italy, a laughable statement when you actually see what they've sent me.

Completely fraud company , showing else and serving else , i m shoes lover and knowing about shoes quality very well from my experience i m telling guys don’t purchase products from this company, if u will tell them your review is not good they will reply our competitor is generating reviews agains us , guys dont trust on this company , this is a complete waste of money and ofcourse they are thinking we are fool ,

This company is cheating all customers. Took 19000 and didn't finish boots at time and now they are not picking up the phone

Fraud company price high and material useless. And the size is so small you buy and the youngest son wears it and there is no refund, it is a fraud, save it

Scammers. Took my money. No updates from them. For past 4 days I am getting response from their team that item is getting dispatched today. ( same answer for 4 days)What a joke. I don’t know how they are still in business . Specifically told them my deadlines and urgency. No care from their end. Worst is they don’t respond . Shameless. Stay away or enjoy the ride with them .

We provided services to Italian Shoes Company, but unfortunately, payment was never made. Despite multiple reminders, they failed to settle their dues.

Amazing quality and very upmarket design. International quality standards met. Fit and finishing upto the mark.
One suggestion kindly streamline delivery process and try to make deliveries faster. It’s difficult to wait for such beautiful shoes.

I am a Doctor by profession.I bought shoes from them worth 8999rs,they hung Me in the air till 3 months.i kept on calling them every 1 or 2 days of the week to send Me the shoes or return my money back,but all I got was excuses.finally when after 3 months I got frustrated and I told them I would move this to the consumer court,I got the shoes.But again they sent completely different and low grade shoes compared to the one they have posted on their website.i have pictures but here i cannot upload or would have shown you what they are selling on the name of ITALIAN SHOES.Lastly,i told them just to change the size of it,now they wanted another 2500rs for size change,earlier they never ever mentioned about it.I have sent them a legal notice through My advocate but they haven't responded.i have moved this case in the national consumer helpline.i will not let them go unscathed,they will pay for their fraud and harassment.

Amazing quality. The shoes are extremely comfortable. I was a little apprehensive while ordering from the website fearing if there’ll be gap in what’s shown in website vs actual product. I think it really cleared my doubts.

The only feedback is that I’d ordered leather sole. I felt it’s a lil slippery, would request if something can be checked on that end. Otherwise very soft leather. Looking forward to order more

Very comfortable and fits perfectly. The quality of leather is quite lovely. It would have been even better as purchasing experience, if the shoes reach quicker. Mine was delivered in just under a month.
