The experience is excellent, rode these trains before and never disappointed always amazing.

I thought the booking system was great and could use it with confidence. However, we had one occurence where the train simply did not arrive. (October 2022) This created a slight panic as we were on our way from Siracusa to Catania Airport to catch a flight to Turkey. If we had recieved a notification of the cancellation this would have been better. Fortunately the bus station was nearby and locals helped us find the bus station and get to the airport in time for our flight out of Italy.

On time, very clean and spacious. Great ticket choice and price

We did miss one connection that was 5 minutes apart (that you made) in the middle of nowhere. We were 1 minute late and missed it. We had to buy another ticket for all 3 of us to get to Monterosso. The time limit expired before I could submit it. Otherwise, we loved taking Trenitalia!

During my use, I had a few occasions where I couldn't get the specific date and time, when I attempt to make payment, error was connection failure. When I change the Date and Timing, there was no error.

Clean and comfortable spacious seating. Smooth ride and courteous service. The price we paid was exceptional and affordable. Definitely would book again!!

We found the trains reliable and comfortable. We also found your mobile phone app very helpful.
There is no need to hire a car to travel around Italy and the trains are frequent and go everywhere!

Nice ride. Good service!

We took the express train from Rome to Florence. We also took local trains to Pisa, Lucca and back to Florence. Then again, an express train from Florence to Venice. This is a very efficient and comfortable way to travel through Italy. My only drawback is that we were a family of 3 and we reserved seats on the express trains at the 4 seater group, facing each other, with a table in the middle. Twice we had another person sitting with us. Although there were many other seats in the train. This was a bit awkward as one gentleman was very rude. He was wearing a mask (we were not, it was not required). He put his stuff in the seat and went to stand between the trains in the hallway. He would peer in the windows every few minutes and glare at us and check his stuff. There were multiple other seats he could have put his stuff in. Very strange. Bring your own food and beverages, although there is a dining car. There are plugs and outlets for phones and laptops. Everything was on time.

Terrible service and ripped off. A strike took place and 7 of us were stranded in Ravenna including 2 children and an 80 year old woman.I booked additional train to Bologna attempting to get to Venice. This train was also cancelled after waiting for 4 hours. No alternatives provided and no information provided. We needed to get a taxi for 250 euro instead. When I tried to complete the applications for refund the website would Not accept the ticket numbers and when I emailed the customer service on the form, I was send to 5 separate people l, all who claimed
To have nothing to do with refunding tickets. In all l, between the taxi and train tickets, the cost was 4 hundred euro and no customer service rep or website link or form allowed me
To claim a refund which we are entitled to due to strike. Terrible service.

Quick and Easy navigation. Can never go wrong

Really we are very happy with the train in Europe fast cleanest and very confortable the cafeteria is a little expensive is the only thing because we are seniors and we need different quote for travel but my experience was excellent

The train employees were friendly and helpful. The train was punctual and was comfortable. It was my first time to ride the train to travel. I always travel by airplane. But your company gave me a very good experience. I will ride your train again when i travel again in Europe. I hope the water closets will be cleaner. Then i would have given a rate of 5 stars. But keep up the good work and i love riding your trains!

Comfortable ride in first class, and train was right on time.

My daughter and caught 6 fast trains during our first trip to Italy. We were really impressed, trains were clean, ran on time, easy to navigate as a tourist and staff very friendly and helpful
