Easy to use web site. trains on schedule. Trains comfortable.

Trains were all on time, clean and comfortable. The only thing I would comment on is there could be more luggage space and the 3 steps up to trains make it difficult (for older) travellers to lift the luggage on and off - would be great if train doors aligned with platforms so luggage could be wheeled straight on!

There was a strike. Bad organization at the train station. Impossible to file a claim. Had to take a taxi from Firenze to Cinque Terre

On time, very clean and reasonably priced

This was our first time in Europe and we took the train from Paris to Rome. Travelled in business allegro and it was fantastic. Train was clean, washrooms were clean and of course the train was fast. Train staff were super friendly, courteous and helpful. We would definitely do it all over again.

Helpful, thought this company was so large there was no way that I'd get a response to my email. I was wrong! Customer service was excellent and timely.

It was an amazing experience as I took nearly 4 to 5 train trips this time.. punctuality, neat and clean coaches, well informed display are of highest standards..trains travel speed is also a great experience..

But a small suggestion to improve = in Milano central Station, departure information about platform No is getting displayed just 5 to 7 mins prior only which is making everyone to rush panicky.. this can be improved.. rest all great experience. Keep it up👍👍🙂🙂

Easy to use. We went from Rome to Milan to Zermatt and back to Milan. Kind employees as well. Helpful to us non-Italian speakers.

Easy to use site to book tickets and seat assignments.

Train on time, clean and comfortable.

As first-time train passengers, we could have used help in understanding the various numbers on the tickets (track no., car no. and seat no.). Numbers on the tickets were not labeled and there were no employees available to ask. We got in the wrong car and did not know this until after my husband had stowed heavy luggage above seats and the train was moving. Very stressful. Thankfully, other passengers were helpful in getting us to correct place.

Italian seniors (>65 years) are eligible for significant discounts. Foreign seniors (ie Canadians) are not eligible.

The booking was made simple and easy. The whole process took less than 5min. However the fees were a lot higher than I expected, which made final price significantly higher. This was a bit surprising to me considering I’m doing the whole search and booking myself. Also the T&C on luggage wasn’t completely clear so I was a bit uneasy having a ton of luggage with me, but it turns out there’s no limit on luggage.
