Good experience

Good experience, overall. My medium collar was too bulky for my pup so I will be purchasing a small size to replace it. I emailed costumer service. No response yet.

Nice looking collar, very substantial

I received the dog collar immediately put it on Otis. I love that his name and phone number are engraved on the buckle. I have several collars and harnesses that I use for him and having one with yet another layer of protection makes me feel good. He's rarely out of my sight but, like a toddler, you just never know.
I'm hoping they add a few more pattern selections because I wouldn't mind having more or being able to give them for gifts. I really like the metal clasp, it seems quite substantial It is also where the engraving is

Sydnee's new pink collar

My Sydnee's new pink, glittery collar arrived quickly and is incredibly beautiful! The clasp is very sturdy and the whole collar is well made. She'll be able to grow into this collar for a long time. Thank goodness! I bought another collar when I first got her at 6 weeks, but she quickly outgrew that one. She's now 10 months old, but will be able to wear this collar for a very long time. Quality work! Quick shipment & delivery. I'm very pleased and will probably be buying the matching lead (leash) soon.
