I was very disappointed in the service
I was very disappointed in the service provided by ICS. The chauffeur service package thst3ww signed up for ended up not being what we got. They were charging up more than was was agreed on. They made no attempt to rectify the situation at all. On top of that, out driver was late and acted like it was a bother to provide us service. Do not go with this company!

Worst Experience Ever!!
I am very discussed at the service they provide. My wife and I immediately felt regret. To have my kids experience the smell of stench was horrible. My daughter immediately starting crying to get out. I will never use this service again

Nice and friendly service
Before we decided to go with ICS, I read some reviews on Tripadvisor and sent some messages to several users who posted those reviews in regards to ICS Italy Chauffeur Service, which was highly recommended by all users that I sent message to. So, I contacted ICS to arrange for a day trip from Florence to Siena, San Gimignano and Castello di Monteriggioni. I did have to provide my credit card info in a PDF file and sent the filled out form over to them. I was initially a bit concerned about sending my credit card info in a pdf but it worked out fine.
Paolo was our driver who picked us up on time (actually ahead of time) at our hotel. He was very nice, friendly, respectful and kind to us, especially to my mother. He even stopped at various locations and let us take pictures on the way to Tuscany. Big thank to Paolo!
My mother and I are both really happy with ICS Italy Chauffeur Service, from the initial contact to the new Mercedes E-class sedan, which was very comfy.
