I have ordered from the shop a pair of Matsuda glasses, around a year ago. The process was smooth and there was fast communication. Now I needed a tiny bit of help regarding my old order, they needed a bit of time and some pushing, but they eventually replied fast and helped me with my issue.

I ordered Matsuda sunglasses. They sent me the wrong model from the same brand. They shared the return label and I sent back the wrong item to them. They did not process the refund, and the worst part is they also kept the wrong sunglasses they sent to me. Think three times before placing an order from them.

Great service, great communication, fast shipping and amazing product.

It's been 15 days (and counting) since ordering my frames and I STILL haven't received them. Although they did send me an email telling me that the parcel is delayed and it will be sent "as a matter of urgency" and should arrive in a FEW days, it has been 9 days since then and I've tried contacting their customer service per Email and Whatsapp and never received an answer.

I recently made a purchase from this brand, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. After confirming my order, they reached out to inform me that I would need to sign for the package, which I appreciated for security reasons.

The delivery was impressively fast, and when the package arrived, I was delighted to find it meticulously packaged in multiple boxes. The unboxing was such a joy—definitely a highlight! Everything was perfect from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Not only did I find the designer sunglasses I was looking for for half price, but it got here the week after from Italy when I live in Oregon, USA, and extremely well put together and lovely.
I wanted to leave a review on their site but couldn't find it, but I'm thrilled with my purchase and honestly confused on how they did it.

Good prices but virtually non-existent customer service and no returns, so if you buy, choose your glasses carefully! I don't think the company holds much inventory, so places an order as your order is made... which makes sense why they wouldn't want to accept returns. I have also tried to redeem a coupon that was sent with my initial purchase to buy another pair but the code didn't work and no one seems interested in responding to my multiple emails and messages.
EDIT: They have since been in touch to assist in getting me a 2nd order that I am happy with. Just make sure your first order is 100% what you want or you will be stuck with an order you'll need to re-sell.
