Should've seen the shipping

I probably should've seen the shipping, but knowing your package price is doubled/tripled when u look at shipping, 50 bucks is outrageous.
not to mention its ONLY for small packages, and without magnets or anything of the sort, if you don't fit your things into that (which mine didn't) it's 75 bucks minimum, next one is 100.
I don't think can get a proper refund without paying back like half of what i spent.
I haven't seen what the discounts offer yet I haven't been able to find any discount codes, but i'm afraid the things I bought won't be able to come to me.

Very poor quality and slow delivery - not recommended

Very disappointing experience with itaobuy.com.

* Delivery took way longer than promised. I was waiting and getting no proper updates.
* When the package finally arrived, the product quality was not what was shown/listed. Cheap material and not worth the money at all.
* I tried to contact support and they were not helpful at all. Instead of solving the problem, they were rude and just ignored what I was saying.

I will not order again from this site. I don’t recommend itaobuy.com based on my experience.

Best Agent 2025

I’ve been using iTaoBuy since a few months now and I have to say the agent is pretty good compared to the others. It’s cheap , fast and the support is way better than from the other agents. They also have a 20% sale right now.
I really recommend iTaoBuy 👍

Disappointed: bad product quality and unprofessional support

I placed an order on itaobuy.com. The product that arrived was not as described and the quality was below expectations. I reached out to customer support to request a refund/return, but the interaction felt unhelpful and I wasn’t given a clear path to resolution.

I’m posting this to share my personal experience and to seek a straightforward resolution (refund or return). If things get resolved properly, I’ll update this review.

• They manipulate orders

• They manipulate orders — for example, if a customer buys something for ¥300, iTaoBuy secretly buys it from their own partner sellers for ¥100, keeps the difference, and ships worse quality.
• The so-called “20% OFF event” is fake — they steal orders and add hidden fees to make their money back.
• They inflate parcel weights by 1–1.5 kg every time, claiming it’s “special packaging,” just to charge extra.

Everything mentioned here is 100% backed by real evidence and chat history.

3. the final weight is weight by the shipping carrier, not by us.
Customers can easily verify this by weighing their packages upon arrival — we have no reason or incentive to falsify weights.
