The withdrawal has now been successfully processed and received.
The process took longer than expected and communication could definitely be improved, but I appreciate that the payment was ultimately completed.

I participated in the ITBFX March trading contest and won first place. As a result, I received a real trading account with a $1000 credit.
I traded on the account and made $1000 profit while following all the rules.
I submitted my withdrawal request on April 14. Since then, I have contacted support multiple times via Telegram and tickets.
Unfortunately:
* My tickets were closed without resolution
* I keep receiving generic responses like "your request has been forwarded"
* No clear timeline or update has been provided
I am not accusing anyone of wrongdoing, but I am concerned about the lack of transparency and communication.
I am simply requesting a clear update and fair processing of my withdrawal.
I will update this review once the issue is resolved.

Scam Broker, stay away from ITBFX
I traded with this broker and even made a profit. My deposit was processed without any issue — but when I tried to withdraw, the request got stuck on “Payment Due” and has stayed there ever since.
Despite the withdrawal showing as pending for a long time, I received nothing. And once I started asking about my money, support completely stopped responding.
This is my experience: they process your deposit instantly, but your withdrawal never arrives. Avoid this platform.

I also like that they have different account types, so you can start with a small deposit. Deposits and withdrawals are quick and easy, and the bonuses and competitions make trading more fun.
