Please do not use this company.
Not MLA approved. Will charge extortionate prices for poor services and use intimidation tactics to encourage you to pay. Do not trust a word they say.
There are an incredible amount of fake positive reviews to mislead you. It's a shame they can get away with this and I hope they are stopped soon.

Thank you Teo from ITCC Locksmiths. Prompt response to a problem with broken key in lock. Arrived at the time he said, repaired lock within minutes at a very minimal cost. Thank you.

Need a locksmith? I can highly recommend ITCC. Callum came to sort out my mancave door lock. I had managed to get some grit inside the mechanism and could not get to my bar. Very quick response time and efficient.

Our front door lock was working intermittently. James came round promptly, explained the problem, and fitted it quickly. Very friendly and efficient.

Brilliant service. The technician, Meir, was here in less than an hour from the phone call. Diagnosed the problem with our uPVC door locking mechanism straightaway and fixed it there and then, with no fuss or prevarication. Highly courteous and professional. We are very happy with the service and would recommend the company without hesitation.

Used twice now firstly to fix my front door lock and secondly to replace 2 window handles. Both times the locksmith turned up on time and and charged a fair price for the works in question

This isn’t a company with employees. It is a network of crooks operating within an unregulated industry. Also beware Rainbow Locksmiths and Terra Lox.
The business model is to present a fait accompli of massively overpriced Labour and parts. More specifically:

1. Manipulate Google search function for “local locksmiths” to generate a false local business address in your area.
2. Indicate a low price for the work (e.g. £45 for a lock change.
3. Arrive (inexplicably 2 people in my case).
4. Come up with ludicrous prices: £230 + VAT for a straightforward cylinder lock that typically costs £35-£50 incl. VAT), £285 for multipoint gear box when the retail price is approx £58 incl. VAT
5. Add on absurd Labour charges that bear no relation to the original quote.

Avoid like the plague. They are probably casing your property whilst inside.

I had another problem with my locks and the locksmith Tony was prompt and had a very professional attitude, he explained me so i can understand the problem and what we had to do. The company charged me less than quoted as a discount of fidelity for using their services for so many years. Highly recommend, never dissapointed.

Stay away from this fraudulent company and staff
This company charged us £300 for a lock that didn't need replacing then the lock 3 weeks later came off the door and not locking properly. When we called them to ask them to fix it and sent photos the locksmith then said he would have to charge us again.

Great Sunday Service, they came out to me yesterday in short notice to change the locks after we got burgled in the early hours, makes me so angry these a'holes ruin peoples xmas, thanks very much for coming out so promptly guys, kind regards

I gave one of my extra key to my boyfriend, after we broke up middle of the night he just showed up was completely drunk anyway next day first thing in the morning I called itcc locksmith they rekeyed the door and I bought door latch as well. The service was quick and cost less than I thought I highly recommend itcc locksmith, cost effective and fast service...

Yet another victim of this company. They quoted me £89 for labour and said the lock itself would cost from £25 but didn't give an upper range. The guy gets here and say the lock will cost £165 becuase of the type of door. I said I didn't want to pay that much so lets leave it but then there is a call out fee of £60. I argue for a while and eventually gave in becuase I just wanted it done and didn't want to have to pay the call out fee and then pay someone else to do it. Afterwards I read the reviews and kick myself that I didn't read them earlier. I also checked the cost of the locks that he installed and they cost around £15. Not £145! Dishonest and misleading. It wasn't even the type of lock that I wanted!

Recommend them, they were fast and properly explained everything upfront

James was fantastic. I lost my keys to my front door and had to use the backdoor for a while now. James removed the old lock and put in a new one and gave me a set of keys. 5 stars for you!

This is a very bad, untrustworthy, and not an honest company. They changed a jammed key in my house at N1 within a week the jammed key stopped working and the worker that did the job was telling lies when I called the company. Please do not use them they are not reliable.

I recommend them, very professional

SCAM - DO NOT USE! They sent a subcontractor without telling me who charged over £1,000 for a simple lock change. They take advantage of people and lie, and then say it's not their problem. Reported to the MLA and Trading Standards for being crooks. AVOID

Very god services, very professional, although their prices are a bit steep for the average Joe. Non the less I highly recommend them.
