The support that I received from Jacek was excellent. He installed and got my new computer up and running in quick time and with minimal fuss. The aftercare was also excellent as I needed something extra after he had left and I just phoned him and he took over the computer and installed what I needed. I have been in safe hands for a number of years with It Code. I have found Jacek to be polite, prompt and helpful.
I am a 'technaphobe' and elderly to boot! So having support from it Code has been worthwhile. His knowledge of IT surpasses any of the other 'IT consultants' that I have crossed paths with.
