Paid for work that was not carried out

Took my iPad with a charging issue into I-tech portslade and paid to have new charging port fitted.
The new port did not appear to work properly so I went back to the shop where the dealer plugged my iPad in to new charger and it worked, I was sold the new charger.
However, this was a very short fix (less than 2 days) so took the iPad into Apple who actually fitted new charging port.
I was informed that the iPad had never been opened and no new parts had been installed.
This cost me £90 which was completely wasted as I had to pay again for a proper fix
I feel cheated

Very good customer service

Very good customer service! I went there for a screen replacement of a Huawei P20 lite and It was done perfectly as new. if you are in burgess hill and looking for a reliable phone repair and a good cost, I would definitely recommend you this tech shop.
