The reason I gave 4 stars was because the site didn’t move on after I had made payment, the online messaging was having issues also, but after emailing support, everything was cleared up and I had my product 3 days later, otherwise a good price for the purchase

Yodel and itechs as a whole
There was ok replies I mean they were not the fastest. What really let me down was the tracking and how I had to wait 2-3 after my purchase to reach a tracker on where my package was and believe or not it was still at the sender and hadn’t moved. The time it took for my package to arrive was ridiculous as well as their logistics wasn’t great and had to use yodel and they are hopeless I believe when it comes to delivering packages.
