The JS80 carry case had an issue and it was replaced with a new one. Very easy to deal with.

The service was great . A shame about Australia Post. The generator was a bit louder than I thought, but the fuel economy made up for it.

I purchased a 2000w power station which never worked. I returned the item 3 times and after promising a refund, they didnt give one. Now Itechworld has my money and the power station that doesnt work. It has been an exhausting and horrible experience I wouldn't wish on anyone. stay clear

iTECHWORLD provided prompt service for a product at an extremely good price. I purchased a battery monitor, which I will use for my computer server (I have it running on a 24V battery system). This will allow me to keep a check on its batteries. The order was in the mail the next business day and iTECHWORLD provided a link for me to contact them should I require any support. I know from previous experience that they are very good at providing that support when needed.

Great product bundle at an awesome price.
Shipped promptly with tracking updates, arrived in top condition.
Set up the 300W solar blanket in morning sun and was reading 270W. Very impressed as the sun wasn't at its highest/strongest.
PS2000 works brilliantly.
Primarily bought the bundle to power a 12/240V Dometic RV fridge when off grid. Tested on both 12V and 240V and the unit switches instantly.
Have yet to fully road test but have absolutely no reason to doubt its ability.
Having the PS2000 as a home back-up is a bonus too.
I wouldn't hardwire a 2nd battery in my vehicle ever again !!

My 40a DC/DC charger failed on my GoFurther battery box after 18 months or so. Until then it had been a great little unit, but after using the solar input a few times it cooked something, I was never told what.

Anyway, after about 6 months of back and forth troubleshooting it turns out the warranty on these is only 12 months anyway.

They did assist in upgrading me to the premium box for a heavily discounted price, cool, but I believe that the quality is poor. I've seen other brands dcdc charger last year's when exposed to the elements in heavy mining environments, whereas my one lived quite safe and secure in a canopy

It did it's job, but you really do get what you pay for

When something failed the good people at iTechworld fixed it, no hassles. I'm very happy with the electrical system and highly recommend.
