Packages are never delivered to your…
Packages are never delivered to your home, they just pretend to "deliver" your package and say that you weren't home. I was at home on 2 ocasions (one of them even siting by the door) when they notified me that I wasn't home. Really?
3 days later I had to drive 8km away to get my package from an automated postbox. I seriously can't believe DHL are using them as partners.

Worst Shipping company, support is fake do not help to customers, all parcels are late, no solution from Itella helpdesk, managers also do not answer... Please avoid this company if you do not want to get problems with shipping and business making.

Tragic
Tragic. This company is not delivering packages but leaving them where ever they want. If you choose a post box where to leave your package, they will never leave it there, they will leave it all accros the city, far away from your location. Even if you pay extra 10€ for delivery to your home address - you’ll still have to drive and take it from post box… Why then suggest to choose the box if they either way do not put you package where they should?
Sadly, sometimes you cannot choose the delivering services, definitely not picking this one ever.

The crappiest delivery service in my experience
Posti Group's local subsidiary in the Baltic States is called Itella, and it's the crappiest delivery company I ever witnessed: rude personnel who seem to be convinced that I should meet them in the middle of the street where it's convenient for them, and get all cranky like I owe them something if I ask them to bring it to my apartment.
