Great service
Itemdrop don't often have the games I'm looking for but when they do the process is always straightforward and smooth. It would be nice if items were dispatched a bit sooner but you can't fault delivery what I've bought is always packed well, arrived in great condition and sent a speedy service, in my latest case Tracked 48.

Thanks so much for your honest review! We really appreciate you highlighting the smooth process when we do have the games you're after.
You're spot on about the dispatch times, and we want to be upfront about why that sometimes takes a little longer. As a small, family-run business with just a few of us, we don't have the space to keep all our stock on-site. This means we often rely on a separate warehouse or our dispatch partner to get items to us before we can send them your way. Occasionally, there can be delays in this transfer, which we know can be frustrating. It is simply small business limitations, which we hope you can understand.
Our website reflects exactly what we can currently get our hands on. If a game isn't listed, it's likely either been discontinued or is out of stock at a national wholesale level.
Looking ahead, as we grow, one of our big goals is to have a larger warehouse with dispatch capabilities that would allow us to dispatch everything much more quickly. When items are in stock at our shop premises, we get them out the same day. It's those times we need to transfer stock that can lead to a bit of a wait, and we understand that.
We're doing our best with our small team, and your support means the world to us as we work towards growing!
