They took my money, I never received the product, and I can't contact them.
is a scam company.

No response, no invoice, no tracking, no customer support, and a charge to my PayPal account from a mechanic shop for a different amount then the cost of the book case I brought from you. Your the worst!

I placed an order and anticipated an email as most companies do to verify them receiving the order, didn't happen.
I waited 14 days and emailed them and the email was returned as
"not deliverable"....
THIS IS A SCAM...
I changed my password on PayPal as no transaction had occurred to here...
I had the thought that the PayPal "site" that was to make the payment was "the scam" and they were gaining access to my PayPal account....
Now, that won't happen....
Just don't...

Total scam! I ordered something for my husband for Christmas and this bogus business took my money and I never received my product! They send BS messages leading you to believe that they are legit. Then they steal your money. Buyer beware!

I was just about to make a purchase. I’ve been burned a few times; so this time I decided to check out the reviews and look into this “company”. BEWARE FOLKS!!! It’s a scam. I typed in their address. It’s some apartment complex.

Never finished order - got some kind of error screen, so I kept trying (ugh)

Never received order confirmation.

Never received shipping info.

Each attempt to order used a different name in my PayPal - I didn’t notice that - so PayPal didn’t think it was related.

Nothing has shown up and I’ve kept sending emails with no response.

Big SCAM/ FRAUD

It’s a scam!!!!! I bought a Melissa and Doug vending machine from this site and they up charged my purchase by 8 dollars and some change after I paid for it and was having difficulty with getting PayPal to pay me back but they ended up giving me a voucher. They never sent an email or tracking information! They are a scam! I never even go out of my way to write stuff about businesses even if they piss me off but this was just too much! I had to warn others not to be scammed by these horrible people.

Ordered A Craftman edger on 12/2/2024 for $67 then they charged an extra $5 posted as 2c2pbuyifan Hong Kong HK without permission they sent tracking number coming from Hong Kong using China Express with tracking info in Chinese, tracking said it was delivered on 12/26/2024 to Port Orange Fl not where I live. Never received anything!!! all bogus, had to file credit card fraud dispute. STAY AWAY FROM ITGAPS FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!!!

TOTAL SCAM. Placed an order in Sept for $104.99 for my front door knob & lock set. Never received confirmation email with tracking #. Emailed several times as there is no phone number and they never responded. But sure did take my money within 48 hrs.

Complete scam. They stole almost $100 dollars from me. I ordered a product on 11/27 and got a 12/12 estimated delivery date. All of their tracking updates were in Chinese. They supposedly delivered it on 12/21 but I did not receive it. They tell you if you have a problem with it, take it up with the carrier. They are just another China virus.

I was looking for an affordable natural gas heater for my shop. I found on on the 'itgaps' search ad. I used my bank card for the $68.03 cost, free shipping.
After I thought I was done with the purchase and got the confirmation, I get this email from someone named Putri Awal telling me that there was a change in my purchase. PayPal is now going to charge my card $76.00!!!
THAT is an UNAUTHORIZED charge to my card! I could not leave a message! Could not file a complaint!
Now my card has an extra nearly ten bucks taken out of my account that I can not afford!!
Monday, this company will be hearing from me!
And they sure as hell better have an answer!

IF SOMETHING IS TOO GOOD TO BE TRYE THEN ITS A SCAM. If someone advertises an item 85% cheaper than you can buy it locally then it’s a scam. Once you give them your credit card info your screwed better cancel it. IT GAPS IS A LEGAL SCAM REPORT THEM TO FBI FRAUD TEAM

I made a purchase but no confirmation email nor tracking number. Checked with PayPal but does not provide contact info so send an email to their so called support. Of course no reply. After reading some reviews I contact PayPal resolution and reported the issue. I was surprised they issued a refund right away

Absolute scam! Beware! Things to watch more, they’ll tell you to look for one thing on your credit card statement, but it shows up something else. I was charged more than what my balance showed and the item I bought was a complete different description on my statement. They make it very difficult for you to find the transaction. Do not order anything from this company and do not give them your information!

This company took our order for a pair of walking sticks and 6 weeks later they have not sent them to us. There is no way to contact them; they do not return emails or messages through their site. Within a day of placing the order, we noticed charges posted to our credit card that we did not place or authorize. It appears that this is a sophisticated scam to capture your credit card information. I suspect they either use your information or sell it to other bad actors. Itgaps is a clever name; they take advantage of the gaps in your IT knowledge to steal your credit card.
