Very happy with the quality of the clothing.

This place freaking scams. Don't buy from them !!!!

placed my order on august the 3rd. still haven’t received anything. have tried multiple times to contact the store in regards to a refund, or anything, and they do not respond.

while i love their clothing, it takes an awful long time to ship and receive it. yes, i know that it can take a while to get to my order but it would be nicer for it to be shipped out quicker. besides that, i haven’t had any problems and i really recommend this shop.

I bought 2 tops and 3 skirts from this site in early July. The package took over a month to come, which is understandable because of the pandemic.
When I did finally receive my order, one top was missing. Two of the three skirts I bought were also bad quality (tons of loose threads, fabric fraying, sometimes not even completely sewn, etc) and one was borderline unwearable.
Overall I wouldn't recommend them, nor will I be buying from them again.

Edit: While I won't change my rating due to the quality, I did manage to contact them and get a refund for my missing top. Customer service was polite and quick to answer my emails.

My order has taken over a month to come and I have not received an email to let me know what’s happening with my order.

Got my package pretty quick like a week and a half, good quality and trust worthy <3 I got the Korean black sweater.

What a scam. Never received my items and when I tried to process my refund through PayPal itgirl finally responds but drags their feet to reconcile the issue. They lied about shipping and when I wanted to cancel the order no one responds to my emails. What a fk’n joke and a scam company that steals designs from artists. Please stop buying from this company and promoting fast fashion that also leaves a heavy carbon footprint. Any positive reviews are sus AF or probably bots/written by itgirl staff.

I received this email to write a review when my order hasn’t even shipped after 6 days of placing it. I placed a few other orders from other stores the same day I placed the one on itgirl and all except this one have already been processed and shipped. My review would have been different had this email been sent after I received at least an update on my order.

I still haven’t received my shirt. I ordered on May 11th and I was planning on it getting here before July 2nd. I was gonna use that shirt for my trip but I can’t because it’s still not here yet. Not only is the shirt not here but ItGirlShop still doesn’t reply to my emails when I’m trying to have communication with them. I wouldn’t recommend if they can’t at the very least be able to communicate and help you.

I once ordered from their website and it came super late. I ordered from them again turns out that this time, when i ordered one of their clothing it never came. I emailed them and they never responded and til this day they never gave back my money.

They steal images from other legit websites such as Yesstyle (I recommend it btw!) and put it on their website. The first time i ordered from them, the shirt was very poor quality.

Do not order from itgirlclothing.com its a SCAM!,They sell awful clothing for the most absurd prices ever. The shirt i bought was about 58$ and it was awful quality.

I received the sweater yesterday, and omg it looks exactly like the picture. To my eyes, it wasn't that big, but maybe to others. I love it! And can't wait to wear it to church and school!!!

Once I ordered I never received any update on my package but they keep sending g emails saying reviews my experience.. the experience we terrible no one ever order from here
