Maybe I should have looked at the reviews before ordering. I ordered on 8th august and now it's the 14th september. I mean wth. I am only 15yrs old and used to spend my whole damn pocket money from about 2 months on this and I guess it was a waste of money and I could had a lot better things on other websites. I feel like a fool. I hope you read this before buying anything there I can't recommend the shop. I found out about the site from a youtube video that showed nice internet shops so I thought it probably is good and it all looked so cute on the website but now I see it's at all not damn nice or cute

Ordered two pieces of clothing from this site, and only one arrived.

No explanation, refund OR reply from any of my emails to chase it up. It's been 3 months and there's still no sign of any refund whatsoever.

AVOID this website!

I ordered an item and was not able to collect it, when emailing because it was being sent back to explain I hadn't received the package and it was being sent back they said I should have written to the postal service

i ordered over 100 dollars worth of clothes from this shop on August 1. It is now September 1 and i still have not even gotten an email saying my package has shipped. i have tried emailing them numerous times with no response. i would HIGHLY recommend skipping this site as it is a scam, stick to more reputable clothing companies with good reviews. i should have looked at the reviews for this site before i purchased items from it.

im starting to get suspicious because i ordered something at the beginning of this month and it still hasnt arrived. I also have only recieved an email confirming my order.:(

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.
Same as a lot of the other reviews, they take your cash and give you the run around. I got tracking #s that showed my items shipped. Weeks and weeks pass, no progress on the tracking#s. Then i get an email out the blue saying my order is out of stock, please choose something else for a store credit?? So they straight up gave me a false tracking # that never got anywhere. (it showed multiple transit movements through China). Tell me my order has shipped and then weeks later tell me it hasn't really. Didn't offer refund. Thankfully my bank was more than understanding and is pursuing it.

I placed an order with them, its been 4 weeks and i still have not received my order or an email confirming it has been shipped . I have sent multiple emails and send a DM on their instagram with no response. I do not recommend buying from here at all. I've been scammed and ripped off.

I'm seeing all these bad reviews and these are honestly scary, lol. I ordered $80.75 worth of stuff on February 22nd and it's March 19, still nothing. I don't want to give a 1 star review just yet, I'm simply sharing my experience but the tracking number isn't useful. It says it's at some Chinese airport or something. I got my confirmation email March 9th and have gotten no other email since. I plan on going somewhere on the 22nd of this month and really am hoping the outfit I ordered comes before then but the chances of that are looking slim and dim, especially after these reviews. It's honestly sad, I feel like money has gone to waste already but I hope not. A friend suggested this website to me, now I have to beat her up for it (just joking but I'm disappointed). I would email them but a lot of the reviews talk about their bad communication skills. Oh well, thanks for my ted talk

Terrible. I read all reviews and i still decided to buy from this store so i didnt expect that they send order fast. But i got them earlier than i thought so that was fine. But when i opened it, i was so shocked! The materials feel so so cheap and i can’t wear them at all!! I dont even consider them as clothes. Yeah chinese quality thanks. Also i think the real ones are different from the pictures. Especially color. The real ones look ugly. So i guess they just make copy clothes as usual but still use original pictures which they steal from original company. Im gonna definitely return my order and get refund. You should never try to buy any single thing from this store.

I have not received my item OR tracking on item since I purchased it on 12/13/18. That is 35 days! I inquired on 1/8/19 and am still waiting for the manufacturer to respond! Totally unacceptable! I will never shop here again! Total rip off!

Absolutely terrible, this website is a scam, I ordered an extra LARGE T- shirt and I got an extra SMALL t-shirt seriously upsetting, I will never buy anything from this website again.

We bought a jacket for $39, then they send you a email and tell you the price gone up and want me to pay $98. It's a bait and hook scam. I have notified Paypal of their scam practices. Do not buy from this foreign company.

I ordered this sweater over a month ago and I still have not gotten my package. My last email from this shop is when it conformed my order. This email was a little more than 3 weeks ago. I tried to email them before about information on where my package is, and I haven't gotten a response. I sent you that email over a week ago... Also their policy confused me a bit?? "If you did not pick up your order from postal office within 7-14 days it will be sended back to us. We will do 100% refund exept delivery cost and only after our receipt." I placed the order to my home address not the postal office, they would leave the packages in the mailbox or porch if we had a delivery. the status on my account order has said it has been fulfilled, BUT I DON'T HAVE MY PACKAGE. When I try to track my package it says " Please try again later, we are awaiting tracking info from the carrier" why is it also pending? I don't have information on where my package is, and i'm not being updated by the shop. I feel like i'm being scammed for my money. It is past the delivery dates as it said on the shipping 15-30 days. My experience with this shop has been the worst, you cant even get a reply from them when you try to reach out through email. I did not get a refund on this item because of the lack of customer service.

Although I kept seeing bad reviews I decided to order from this store anyway. The clothing that I received actually came pretty fast and the quality was good. The only thing I would say is that the color was quite different from the picture and the pattern didn't completely line up. However, not too bad of an experience.

Terrible customer service. Do NOT buy from here.
I bought a shirt from here last year and it wasn't shipped until 25 days after I payed for it and emailed them to hurry them up. That item and others I bought took over a month to get to me and they sent the wrong ones. My emails were ignored, terrible service. Overpriced too for the quality you get. Shops like httpsushi and storedogdog are far better with very similar items and a lot of the same items for less.

I keep seeing bad reviews so I thought i’d share mine! The jumper took a while to be shipped but the shipping was pretty fast and the jumper is so nice and soft! It’s the exact same as the picture and really good quality! I recommend :)

One of the worst clothing sites I have ever had the displeasure of purchasing from. Has taken over two months and I am still waiting for my clothes. I have tried numerous times to contact them and have received only one email telling me it should be on the way. Unfortunately, there is no way to check if this is true since their "tracking number" is in Russian and I assume not used for tracking at all. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

TERRIBLE!!!! SO BAD!!!! I bought a present from them and waited 2 months for it to arrive (well past the date they said it would arrive on). I then emailed them, and they told me it was out of stock, but I had already paid $50 for the shoes and it was not out of stock when I placed the order. They have such poor service and are useless!!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!
