did not work for me, took ages for them to get the floor plan right, very frustrating, and queried my measurements, and they have no shower symbol so do not show it on the plan. and i did not even get my full 4 months coverage, they took it off 2 weeks early.

I'm really glad I used an internet agent. I would definitely use iThink again. Despite the low fee they were really helpful right through to completion - more so than any high street agent I have used before! I got a few really good coments from prospective buyers about iThink & except for a couple of minor inperfections in inital admin & timings for 1 viewing they were perfect.
Doing the viewings myself was easy & it was good to see & talk to the buyers first hand.

The staff at Think Property were excellent - they were responsive, helpful and professional. It was nice to deal with a company that cares about its customers.

We used Think Online Property after gettimng fed up with local agent's high fees and lack of service ! We were really impressed -exactly the service we were looking for. It enabled us to miss out the expense of an estate agent, whilst giving us the support we needed to get onto the big sites like Zoopla and Rightmove, as well as progressing the sale. Regular calls from Misha kept us up to date on progress - we didn't expect this much from an online company and were pleasantly surprised by this attention to detail, more so in fact than the last local agent we used. I do not normally posts reviews but I was so happy with the service received I really felt I wanted to let everyone know......... I will keep this short - Perfect, would recommend to anyone!

Saw the ad online and was nervous to use ITHINK but as soon as I started dealings with The Team I knew it was just as Professional outfit than any local estate agent. I was happy delivering the viewings and I am in sales and know my property inside out.
Communcations via text,email and phone call for viewings worked fine and Misha dealt really well with the sale though to completion.
I will never use a high street estate agent for my future home sales!!
Sorry, nearly forgot about the fantastic savings on commission.

I cannot recommend iThink Property highly enough and i would have no hesitation in using them again, if you have the time to do your own viewings then this is surely the future for Estate Agents and i wish them all the best.

Selling my house was really quite easy. The staff were always on hand and took all the viewing enquiries. I was lucky enough to get a lot of interest in the first week and secured a buyer in just over a week!

If I had used a local estate agent they would have charged me thousands in commission, whereas it only cost me a couple hundred quid!! I really can't complain - top job, many thanks.
