I have always been dealt with in a courteous professional manner whenever having recourse to need assistance with my account.Very happy.

Have been a customer for 10 years through its various guises ODL, FXCM, Walbrook & now ITI & have always been happy with the service. I am an EU citizen so a bit worried about Brexit & what impact that may have going forward. Also I don't like the fact that you can't buy from Euronext on the online platform. Also there should be functionality to make withdrawls using the online platform without the need to fill out forms & send emails. Thats just antiquated. Thats the main reason I would knock off a star.

Online trading platform.
Statements when generated can be a bit confusing instead of simplified.
Trading can be a bit of a pain at times when you try and look up the shares you want to buy even if you know the ticker code.
When selling shares I like to do it with the price at the time instead of limits etc.
I've used better platforms in the past with instant selling/buying and better Statements.
I'm only a small investor.

I am not satisfied with the iti trading platform. It is ok for trading. I am able to buy and sell shares. The problem is that i cannot access my account. This is going on for 2 years. I try to access my Account, then i click on Account Management Home and then it aborts the action and asks me to log in again. Then I log in but it doesnt allow me to view my account. This happens over and over again so I just give up. Last year Sanji sent me a link to try to solve my problem but that resulted in the very same thing. So I am frustrated and would welcome any help with this issue. Kind Regards, Michael G Healy.

The service and assistance that I have received has been excellent. I would give you 5 stars if the online app enabled me to transfer money money into and out of the account with my bank account and also to do online currency exchanges.

Whilst I understand ITI has had some teething problems with its integration on its acquisition, i appreciate them being responsive to my concerns and queries. I would definitely stick with them!

Professional, reliable and friendly service

I changed my smart phone and had difficulty in logging into my account via the Handy Key App. Due to my age I am not the most IT literate but Sanjeev Verma spent a considerable amount of time talking and walking me through the log in process. Excellent customer service from Sanjeev.

The trading platform is very comprehensive. There are so many features I need a few minutes to refamiliarize myself with the functionality each time I log in.!

I joined the ITI platform nearly two years ago. The changeover was seamless and very supportive. Sanjeev and Clive on the dealing team are extremely helpful at all times and have always assisted me ably and responsively. The online dealing system is easy to use, very intuitive and is relatively affordable at about typically $15 per ticket. The reports that the system can generate are very comprehensive and detailed. Amongst other metrics, they can track performance and gains/losses in great detail. As an aside, I work in the fund management industry and I can say without doubt it is the best equity trading platform that I have ever used on a personal basis and as a result I am a very satisfied customer.

A good and reliable service. All the traders and customer service staff that I have dealt with over several years have been knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful.

I was automatically transferred to ITI Capital from SVS Securities when they went bust. I followed the instructions on the welcome email from ITI to set up my online account. However, although I could login to the account I was never able to operate it online. This was despite several emails requesting they sort this out. I also had to make several phone calls and send more emails to get ITI to pay dividends into my bank account. In the end I requested a share certificate from them, which also took several communications before I received it. Even now I am still receiving emails from ITI inviting to me to view my account statement, even though I requested months ago that my account be closed.

Unfortunately my stocks and shares ISA and Trading Account was transferred to ITI from SVS in the summer 2020. On 4th November I raised a request to transfer my accounts to The Share Centre. 5 months on my ISA is still stuck with ITI. They refuse to communicate with me via phone or email, they don’t communicate with my broker at The Share Centre and when they do eventually do so they make mistakes in my evaluation. AVOID ITI

I have been a customer of ITI and its predecessors Walbrook, ODL and FXCM for over 20 years. The current online dealing service is excellent, as is the access to markets. Cost is OK and worth it for the service. Phone access to the Dealing service and support is excellent, responsive, and comforting. My strong preference is to remain a customer of ITI.
I am an EU and not a UK resident. It is unclear what the ongoing status of the service is in the context on Brexit. I also have an impression that ITI is something of an outsider in a London/UK context. ITI's funds withdrawal process is extremely cumbersome requiring paper and email submissions. In an era of advanced fintech this is not good enough. The level of complaint from SVS customers is concerning. The backup of data on companies and investment vehicles is really helpful but variable in its completeness. The later points give rise to a degree of uncertainty and concern regarding the stability of ITI and the security of funds, especially as a non-UK resident. Improvements and better communication on the above would be helpful.

Support
Generally staff have been helpful in sorting out problems. However, access always seems complicated and I have to try regularly. Also trying to access information is not easy and as an occasional user I find it puts me off.

Why can I not give a Company half a Star or even NO STARS.
Like Many, I'm still trying to get my Share Certificate and Account Balance from ITI Capital. E-mails go back and forth without any action, when you call them they cut you off in conversation. I would not trust this Company with any Piggy Bank savings.

Maybe all the ex SVS Clients should get together and take legal action.

It has been 7 months since i requested a transfer from iti to my new broker. Still have not received my shares. I have just been going back and forth with ITI, most of the times they do not even reply back or answer their call. Will be taking the matter further with FCA and financial ombudsman service.
