Slow!
Less than one star, as the items I purchased and paid for have not arrived after more than a week, despite being listed as 'in stock'. I live in Hampshire, not the South Pole.
I would advise ITM against asking for reviews before their goods are delivered!

Lack of communication
Ordered part and waited 2 weeks before contacting ITM only to find out it was a non stock item! Poor service and communication

Great service for a small order
Really good communication and speed of delivery after point of sale. Both the communication from ITM (Colin Fisher & Paul Murphy) and DHL Express were excellent.
Considering I was buying a small quantity of a niche product ITM Components made me feel a valued customer - thank you!
