company did not observe unsubscribe request
On July 5, 2023, I requested to be unsubscribed by replying to one of their emails, noting also that the company did not have an unsubscribe button at the bottom of the email. I added in my message that if I got another message (and I got several thereafter), that I would report them. At that time I was thinking I would report to the BBB, but I'll start here on TrustPilot to be kind. Honestly, most of the time I am just too busy, but today I noticed especially because I'm unsubscribing from newsletters that are no longer relevant and one from this company suddenly arrives in my inbox. And I thought - didn't I ALREADY unsubscribe from these emails?? So, there you have it, over a year later as of Oct 10, 2024, I was still receiving the emails. To the company's credit, I noticed that there was now an unsubscribe button at the bottom of the newsletter, but it didn't look like it actually unsubscribes my email address. Instead, it appears that some other itns address is inserted in there? I could not make out. The truth is that I won't know unless I don't get any more messages from them, which only time will tell. I tried to call the number before writing this review, and there was no answer. I did not want to leave a voicemail with my contact info, because I simply don't trust them.
