I wanted to leave a review for both super helpful and speedy mentors Sonja Dicks and Zoey Van Eden,
I have received a GREAT CV from Zoey, due to me providing my old CV there were missing details, I then forwarded over my updated CV to Sonja as she had picked up my 3rd call at the time where Sonja managed to polish and update my CV within the same day!; And it turned out to be exceed my expectations!
I have had a great experience and was provided loads of useful material with guidance on them, I had my first and second call with Zoey and I had my third call with Sonja and I had a load of questions and both mentors managed to provide clarity to all of my questions and even followed up with an email with further guidance and super useful information,

Excellent Support and Clear Guidance for PRINCE2 Foundation
I had a great experience preparing for my PRINCE2 Foundation exam. The support and guidance throughout the process were excellent, especially from Ryan, who was always encouraging and happy to help whenever needed.

Excellent Support, Flexible Learning
So far my experience with ITOL Recruit has been amazing. I am currently completing their online learning course for a CIPD Level 3 qualification, and I couldn’t be happier with the support I’ve received.
My student support coach, Pearl, has been absolutely fantastic from the very beginning. She set up an introductory Zoom call to get to know me and clearly explain how everything works. Pearl is great at giving advice and is always there to help whenever needed—she is very quick to respond and incredibly supportive, which makes a huge difference.
The service has been excellent throughout. I work full time but wanted to study towards my CIPD, and ITOL Recruit has made this completely achievable with their flexible and well-structured approach. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to study alongside work.

I was having issues with understanding the different types of RAID and their functions.
