You are persistently using my email for purposes that were not intended and ignoring unsubscribe requests. This is disrespectful and consequently you deserve a one star review. You will continue to receive 1 star reviews for each occasion that you send me further emails.
This company is not legitimate and they do not have any support. I completed multiple of their surveys, got a confirmation that the payment would be processed, but they do not pay or send any email confirmation. Their website does not show payments in process or completed either. I have reached out for items from November and it is now February.

Hi there, we're sorry for a lackluster experience. We are looking for emails that describe what you're referencing but can't seem to find any. Can you please email support@itparticipants.com and forward the follow-up thread so we can look into the matter right away? We use Tremendous for processing survey payments and have heard the links end up in spam occasionally. We take a lot of pride in on-time payments so I'd be surprised if this wasn't more than a payment email in spam or a misunderstanding. Thanks.

All we're trying to do is pay you... clearly we don't have the information we need so please help us help you. Our team has been searching for communications and can't find any that match what you've described. You've taken the effort of writing a bad review and we're trying to resolve the issue in good faith, so not sure why it needs to be more difficult. If you email support@itparticipants.com, we'll simply send your payment links directly.
Interesting, thought-provoking, challenging questions and discussion directly applicable to my experience and interests. The interviewer I spoke with was genuinely interested in what I had to say.
Great staff, very organized, responsive and does a great job connecting consulting participants with clients. Very responsible in terms of timely payment for services. Overall just a great organization to work with!

I completed a survey with this company last week. I hadn't heard of them but a company I've done surveys through before introduced them to me. It seems like they're on the newer side. The questions were straight forward and I was paid quickly after. Great to see a specialized research company like this for us IT folks!
