Caravan Angel - Registered the device as per the instructions with the IMEI number off the box and it just didn't work. Amber signal indicator indicating no GPS. After 36hrs, there was still no GPS signal, and the tracker map indicated the tracker was sat on the equator!!!

The instructions are idiot proof so unless they were incomplete, I was expecting it to work out-of-the-box and not what I expected so sent it back as useless!

Amazing service great company simple solution to a problem. Always happy to help and really reactive on emails or issues. We was using commercial tracking software with ridiculous install costs and yearly fees. This is so much better and we can simple move devices over as vehicles get changed or when they go back at the end of the lease. Would definitely recommend.

What a great experience, so far. Very affordable tracker and software subscription. Was very easy to connect to the vehicle and set up the app. I have set up a geofence (not so easy on Mac with their stupid lack of double click) and also a leisure battery monitoring feature (io66). Very easy to monitor on the app or online.
Customer service were extremely helpful when I phoned. I wasn't having an issue, I just wanted to check the battery monitoring wasn't draining the leisure battery. It wasn't as the device goes online once an hour and it's part of the data transfer.
I was advised their IT and app development team are working on extra "events" for monitoring the vehicle.
As you can see, I am very impressed with the machine, value for money and customer service. 100% recommendation from me!!

I was very disappointed that despite being a loyal customer for a number of years my annual subscription was cancelled and the tracker cut off without any notification what so ever. This left my caravan without protection and would have invalidated my insurance.
The tracker itself, has worked faultlessly for a number of years when connected to the system and is extremely cost effective.
I'm just sad that I have had no renewal reminder and as a result the protection on a valuable asset was allowed to lapse.

I'm a new customer so don't have much experience yet but the FS100 was very easy to install and set up and I like the look of the website. The only failing with the latter are (1) the chat facility does not seem to work and (2) Having taken the 14 day trial option, I could not find a way to register for iConnect+ from the app and had to revert to the link in the reminder email: this was then lost if I logged in prior to the purchase. I just hope that the purchase is linked to my on-line account.

The communication has been great, the installation was quick and easy and the system is fab!

The tracker provides all the security and information on my vehicle movements needed. Easy to use mobile app and online website. The tracker lasts a long time between charges. Happy to recommend glad to renew subscription annually.

I was looking for a tracker for my camper. After a few weeks looking at various options, the iTrack was my preferred choice. I got the mini tracker TK102 with the optional loom to hard wire it in.
The product was easy to install and set up.
I also got the subscription to use iTrack live.
Customer service is so helpful and on the end of the phone! Which is a rare thing these days.

It was easy to set up and seams to work very well will know better when we go touring soon.

I love my ITrack Live experience. It gives me peace of mind on my car.
The people are extremely friendly and approachable and easy to deal with.

Method of renewing subscription was a little confusing. Without a little patience some might fail to see a way through to renewing. Otherwise, I am happy with the accuracy of the sensor and the data it provides to track my car
