This company is a scam. I ordered an outfit and after 3 months never got the item shipped to me. Never got an email with tracking saying it was ever shipped. I emailed to have a refund and no response. SCAM!

Absolute scam!!! Ordered something over a month ago and still no email that it has even shipped. They said it will be shipping shortly and offered to send me 20$ in store credit LOL. Still nothing and now they are ignoring all of my emails so now I will have to file a claim with my credit card. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! I wish I looked into this beforehand.

Terrible customer service, definitely a scam. I bought an outfit from them back in May. It’s July and nothing has arrived. My inquiries go unanswered. Avoid!

Please believe what you read in these reviews. This brand owes me money. I never received a set from an order in March and sent many emails. They always said it would be shipped from the warehouse on a particular date, but I never received it. By May, I stopped being understanding and wanted a refund for the set. They then continued to promise the set is coming, but I didn't trust them and wanted a refund. Now they are ignoring my emails and not responding. I will now have to file a dispute claim with my credit card.

LISTEN TO THE BAD REVIEWS! Usually I ignore bad reviews and keep faith that it'll end up fine, but this was not fine lol. I ordered a matching set and bikini, probably $70 with shipping, that was over 5 months ago. Nothing. I don't expect it will show up. When I contacted the customer service, they said "sorry, it'll be on its way soon just be patient due to covid bla bla" then gave me a $20 gift card to say sorry and I foolishly bought another item with it, spending another $10, and will definitely never get that item. This company is a scam. I guess its bound to happen with all the online stores, but save your money and do NOT buy from itsjuliet

I would give 0 stars !!! Purchased a top for $50 in March 2022 and never received it, having reached out to customer service 10 times they are not replying!! Massive scam, please do not order from them.

Scam!!! Same thing happened to me as countless others. Ordered some things, was told it was on back order, assured me it was on its way, 5 months later and they’ve stopped responding to my emails and I haven’t received anything.

Total scam. This place will never ship you your order and never respond to you about it. Don’t waste your time or money

This company is obviously illegitimate. I ordered a sweatshirt 3 months ago and they will not ship or return my emails.

It’s been almost 2 months and I have not received my order. I been emailing them back to back and not getting any response. My order was over $200 and after reading all these reviews I have no choice but to think this is a total scam.

I was fortunate to order from this site before they got slammed with their supply chain issues. My order arrived in a timely manner (within just a few days) The product I received was everything I hoped it would be. It is actually now a staple in my closet and I couldn't love it more - which was the oversized vest <3

I’ve ordered from them & while the shipping does take longer than amazon, they’re great about communicating the process! For the prices, the quality is great and the styles are definitely on trend. Reading the other reviews makes me a bit sad, because they’ve never scammed me and have been open about their shipping process. They’ve even given me the option to be refunded when an item was sold out and no longer shippable.

I always gets the clothes and other items for real quick.
Nice store, i will buy again.

Do NOT order from this store

I ordered my items a month ago and still waiting for shipping. I tried contacting their customer service three times now and have got NO response. I’m starting to think this place is a SCAM. Not worth the money, time and headache.

Very disappointing experience.

I hate to even give them one star. I ordered from them May 1st, it’s now June 23rd and my order has not even shipped yet. When I emailed them to get updates, they eventually stopped responding. This website is a complete scam. They also told me they only do store credit, so you won’t even get your money back. AWFUL!!!

I have been officially scammed by this so called company! They took my money and ran!
