Horrible service and additional charges

I made an order on Black Friday (was -25% discount), paid for the delivery (6EUR even though shipment is within EU, so not cheap!).
Never received any confirmation from the company or from delivery. Only from PayPal that my account was charged. Was trying to contact them multiple times . Once they finally answered - they said that shipment was send back to them and now they will be so kind to send it again, but I have to pay another delivery. To say that my jaw was dropping from this service is to say nothing... I do not recommend this company. Bottle are probably cool, but what the point if you will never receive it? Piece of aluminum for 38EUR? Thanks, but not thanks.
