I ordered two items separately and only received one. They contacted me to enquire if I got both and when I said no they immediately shipped the one I was missing I would really recommend the customer service and I'm very happy

I ordered a product from these people on December 6th. Was supposed to be shipped in 3-5 days. It’s still being progressed but nothing happening. I’ve emailed and got no response. The product is showing now as out of stock. The money went from my account immediately. I’m wondering if there is a problem or have I been scammed. It’s a pressie for my son.

I have today December 16th received an email apologising and promising it will be sent. Fingers crossed I can re-evaluate my review.

I received my item today which I am very thankful for. The vendor sent a message to say they were let down by a suppler. These things happen but I’m happy to say they came through in the end. A little more communication would have helped but I’m sure they did their best.

I ordered a toy online back in November and it still has not arrived. I emailed the shop and also phoned the shop on many occasions. The telephone is either engaged or nobody answers. Delivery was meant to be 3-5 working days. It is the lack of communication that is the most annoying and worrying thing. They have never replied or otherwise reached out.

I haven’t received my order yet. I’ve emailed twice and no response. I rang the shop and was assured I would get my order soon, rang again today and it kept ringing out. I’m not hopeful I’ll ever get it at this stage.

Order was well packaged n item was fantastic

Everything was fine with my order and delivery but for 1 thing. The parcel had one of your stickers on it showing that it was a toy inside. Not a good idea with children who notice this, can’t keep it secret.

Hi I purchased an order 2x Fisher Price Octonauts Gup A Mission Vehicle weeks ago back in October one finally was delivered this week, still waiting on the other one I tried calling several times and emailed also with no response, really bad customer service and disappointing

This shop staff were so helpful and amazing couldnt give higher praise to them. The delivery was so quick and the jellies in the box were such a nice touch. Honestly the friendliest staff and will be 100%ordering again from them.
