Difficult return experience
I rarely write bad reviews, but this time it is called for. I ordered a corset based on the online measurements and it came way too small. Really good quality tho. I wanted to return it and that's when problems started. In order to have my order delivered I had to pay $33 shipping fee. For the return they make it almost impossible for you! You have to email them, receive an endless list of tasks to do BEFORE shipping your return. All that and YOU PAY for the return as well. So all in all I lost $45 simply by ordering and returning an item.

Milla has beautiful dresses
Milla has beautiful dresses, but my experience with delivery and returns was frustrating. Delivery took longer than expected, and the prices are higher compared to other brands. Additionally, customs fees and return policies make exchanges more complicated. Other brands offer faster shipping, free exchanges, and sometimes better value for money.
Overall, the dresses are lovely, but the ordering experience could be improved.

If you're in Canada... Think twice before purchasing
If you're in Canada, think twice and very hard before purchasing. Returns are a nightmare. There's no physical person to answer phone calls and so when customs tries to get a hold of brand - there's no one to provide information. It's been 3 months and three unsuccessful attempts at three separate postal services (one where it was returned back to me)... Countless hours of back and forth on emails... and now we don't know where the package is or if I'll ever get a refund. At this point I've spent more time and effort and money than the cost of this item. I don't recall ever being this unsatisfied or disappointed in the process of returns for such a brand before.

Dress is fine but not really worth the price
The dress itself seems fine but the color does not resemble the pictures online. It looks a lot more saturated on the site and the dress in real life is way more pastel.
The volume is also very different when comparing the pictures and the real thing.
The prices never include duties or taxes so you always get a little surprise during the check-out and payment section.
Overall, it is fine but considering the price it is okay at best.

This was my first purchase with Milla and it was beyond my expectations. This was my most satisfying purchase of the year. Quality and craftsmanship is amazing and the shipping was faster than I expected considering it is coming from Ukraine. Packaging was satisfying and customer service was fast and kind.
Two things that I thought could have been better were production lead time and the fit of the dress. Small size here is a bit runs large for my dress compared to other brand standards. Production lead time was somewhat longer than I expected. I hope there are more variation of items as well.
I definitely wish to shop again in the future.

Love the skirt and designs but I thought there were hidden fees tha I wish milla was upfront about. Last time I paid $20 for shipping, this time it was as $39, which feels excessive (this was for 1 skirt). Also $52 in duties were tacked on for a $280 item.
