Scam and fraud
I had a terrible experience with itspleasure.in. I ordered a specific product from their website, but they delivered a completely different and cheap product. When I contacted their customer service to resolve the issue and ask for a refund, they started ignoring my messages and stopped replying altogether.
What’s even worse is that when I persisted, they started threatening me instead of helping. This website is a total scam. They take your money, send wrong items, and then use intimidation tactics so you don't ask for your money back.
WARNING: Do not buy anything from this site. They are unprofessional, fraudulent, and dangerous. I have already reported them to the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) and the Cyber Crime Cell. Save your hard-earned money and stay away!
