Delicious!
Lovely to deal with - got the decaf assam, decaf earl grey and decaf orange teas. They were all full of flavour and no compromise from being decaffeinated. I was actually surprised just how tasty they were. I also tried the decaf hazelnut coffee and it's scrumptious! Return customer here for sure.

It’s Tea has decent products and helpful staff, but the overall experience wasn’t flawless. While the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and the order arrived in 48 hours, there was a technical issue with the confirmation email, which was frustrating. The variety is good, but I expected a smoother online experience. An average experience overall.
