Update - Brackets arrived today (Saturday) - not Monday. Much better, and thanks to DPD

Expensive delivery charge for 2 brackets. At £12.95 + VAT for delivery you would, at the very least, expect next day delivery. That’s the highest delivery cost I’ve experienced for such small items. Ordered on Thursday with Monday delivery - not value for money.

The ordering process easy and price fantastic but when it came to delivery was a disaster.
Delivery delayed by a week which can be forgiven seeing as it was a busy period but the delivery company had no communication at all and just turned up when my burd was in the shower then wouldn't deliver it unless we could take the whole pallet, which won't fir through a front door of course.
Driver had her outside in dressing gown making a space in the garage instead of removing from the pallet and shoving it in the front door.
£80 I paid for that privilege.

Quick delivery of a Sunsynk Ip65 solar battery. I have purchased and fitted these batteries previously but I was very impressed that they are now supplied with both cable sets (battery to inverter & battery to battery).
Superb price, thanks for the discount. Battery was fitted same day it arrived and works perfectly, they are heavy 50kgs so bare that in mind..

Great price for a Pylontech us3000c - easy to fit - works like a dream.

Both Solar Panels and Renusol Console Buckets were well packaged and firmly strapped to a pallet. Safely delivered on schedule, on the day I requested, by a cheery driver!

They gave some sound advice when I was deciding which inverter to buy, and they supplied the chosen one promptly.

I decided with Winter coming on to add a Pylontech US 5000 battery to my existing 9.6Kwh set. As these were in a floor mounted configuration in my garage I decided to buy a Pylontech cabinet and move the 4 2.4Kwh batteries into it. A date was arranged to install the new battery (I was advised that to get the battery free of VAT it needed to be installed by them to guarantee warranty on the battery). The installation went very smoothly and the new battery was set up as the new master for the group.
I would thoroughly recommend ITS for their knowledge and efficiency.

Excellent price for a Solax hybrid inverter plus battery. Reasonable delivery price for such large heavy items. Arrived on a pallette with only a 2 day lead time. No problems encountered (other than the electrician mis-locating the CT clamp to start with). Would happily use ITS again.

I ordered another pylon us 5000 as always service was great delivery time was spot on great service from a great company . Highly recommend these guys they really know their Business .
