Ordered the watch and it took 6 days to arrive when was supposed to be next day delivery. However, very happy with the watch itself.

Bought a tommy hilfiger wrist watch, product was great but packaging poor as it was packaged in a Michael kors box. Though I was informed before this was done as they didn't have any box for Tommy and my next day delivery was delayed. However great customer service as I was told I'll be reimbursed for my next day payment. Got 16 pounds for compensation of the box. Very proactive in problem solving.

Watch looks how it does on the picture, no performance errors, feels comfortable and didn't take too long to be delivered.

Well, used it first time. Not read reviews. Bought for my daughters birthday. Arrived very quick, safe and packaged very well to avoid damage in original packaging with certificate. Product itself so far very good, looks great like online. Hoping for a long lasting product but can't tell till its been used for a while. Hope this helps

The prices were extremely competitive compared to other shops. The watches that I ordered arrived very quickly, well packaged and in prime condition. As the price was so good, I bought two watches with this company. Both are lovely. No complaints at all.
