Just can’t watch anything without some sort of a problem. It’s really bad.

Utterly useless, freezes and crashes where other apps don't.

Not great. Click on an episode to pick up where you left off half way through, doesn't load the episode so you press back and it restarts the episode entirely. Advertises how you can watch hundreds of complete series. Unfortunately you have to pay for a majority of the good stuff. Nothing is free any more is it.. its TV. Hate to think how much people spend just to watch it. Misleading and app isn't good enough to warrant paying for.

Of all the main TV apps in the UK, this is undoubtedly the worst. Incessant pauses and regular signs saying "we have a problem at our end".

It seems to be a load problem because the errors are more frequent during high profile live sports events.

Just watching a really gripping series & itv decided I had to sign in again...with technology I don't have. That's my license cancellation. Really cross that they do this

Got 1 as I can’t put 0. Terrible performance. Poor buffering, hangs. An absolute disgrace. Should be pulled to avoid reputational damage

This app is the worst ! Buffering, doesn't open freezes you name it ! sort it our ITV, deffo would not recommend it !

ITVx is unwatchable and it's not my connection. I too pay for premium, which I wonder about myself for. I'm furious they have the RWC because all it does is make me turn it off and restart it 3 to 4 times. Then there are the times it just locks my TV completely and I have to restart it. I'm constantly clearing the cache, but that doesn't work most times either. UTV was FAR more reliable! I love their dramas, but a pain to get through them. The date by the way is since they merge the HUB, so ample time to have stepped up.

Diabolical. Trying to watch the Long Shadow which is brilliant but was constantly freezing and cutting off before the adds. It actually froze my whole TV which caused the TV to turn off. Took over 15 minutes to get back to where I was. Completely ruins the suspense of the programme. Had exactly the same issue watching Des ages ago and forgot how chronic the player is.

What doesn’t go wrong? The Rugby World Cup should never have been awarded to Itv. The picture is jumpy, hangs in the middle of the action, buffers for ages, then skips forward, so you miss crucial scores. And why give the option to watch from the start if it’s going to crash as soon as the live version comes to the end? You can’t fast forward, you can’t rewind you can’t pause play. It’s a - I was going to say 2nd rate, but it’s not even 3rd rate - tv channel and they are showing the World Cup, like it’s a schoolboy rugby game. Honestly the worst tv channel I have ever had the misfortune to watch. A total disgrace. Even YouTube is better. Boooo!!!!

What a scam, whenever you try to get to the right place you end up watching 3 lots of adverts - joke of a streaming service

It's so shocking I can't put it words, I can't watch any of my favourite programs without glitch after glitch after glitch it's terrible, absolute disgrace get itv hub back.

It's slow and pauses every few seconds making it unwatchable. Funny thing is the ads play fine. It been like this for months. If you complain they pretend it's your fault. They have the same mindset as the IT people in the Post Office scandal. Simply appalling!

App doesn’t work on my iPad, keeps telling me to download STV, which when you try that app it doesn’t have the sport you’re trying to watch. I can’t believe a company this big has such a flawed app

Appalling. Won’t download, freezes frequently. Bring back itv hub. ITVX useless

Awful. The menus and search run desperately slowly since ITV was replaced by ITVX. ITV customer service have not fixed this in all this time.

Absolutely shocking App. I pay so i dont get adverts, thats the only decent thing about it. I dont get adverts but it’s sooo glitchy all the time. You have to keep refreshing it to show today’s programmes and to be honest I’ve given up tonight, as I can’t even get it to actually load a page! Absolute s***e!

Alright, let me get this straight it's 2023 but there is no option for 2fa? it's just ridiculous Support is alright but 2FA in 2023 SHOULD BE REQUIRED!!

This App is Appalling,Repeatedly plays adverts ,stops randomly ,no picture ,mutes itself , after at least 10 minutes of this rubbish it then starts playing program then after a couple of minutes goes back to the adverts routine .. Will never watch again would rather watch paint dry .
