I would rate it under 1. Should be called It Does Not Work!! I ordered the 30-day drop system, though you have to commit to 90 days! It is expensive! The first month is cheaper and then the cost goes up to full price the following months. After 2 months I lost nothing! To cancel the 3rd month, I had to pay a penalty fee ( a lot less than paying for the 3rd month)! While you take these supplements, you are told you need to change your diet considerably! Anyone would lose weight with the altered diet and you don’t meed the supplements to achieve weight loss! Just a total scam all around.

The communication with this place is horrible. You cancle your stuff they ship it to you while still charging you but want you to return the item still. I live out in the country so making a 45 min trip is outrageous just to return something I told them multiple times no to.

If I could rate less than a 1 I would! The 3rd party rep I ordered from NEVER mentioned it was a subscription or a pyramid scheme. Within an hour of ordering I tried to cancel and couldn’t get thru on email. I called a number the next morning before 24 hours were up and was told they would do a “ticket” to see if they could stop the shipment and refund the order. Now…4 days later it arrived on my porch and I’ve seen no refund. This is a scam indeed.

I tried out the 30 day drop system, I was told I’d lose 31 pounds in 90 days, I only lost 3 pounds the first month second month nothing 3rd month only 3 more pounds. I ate the meals it recommended and worked out. I also noticed I was even more tired than before while taking this product. I took a trip to my doctors office and my blood pressure was hypertension stage 2 from using this product, I stopped taking it and my blood pressure returned back to normal. This product is not safe. I have only seen good reviews on the actual site which leads me to believe they are leaving out the bad reviews to make more money. It’s not honest, and it does not work. Because I only felt gross/sick using these products thinking they’d work make me feel better and I’d lose a lot of weight like advertised. I do not recommend using these products. Since stopping I’ve been eating healthier and taking a multi vitamin and fasting. I lost 23 pounds doing it naturally and feel great. Don’t waste your money on these products it is a scam!

I opened one bottle to take the gummie and it smelled and tasted awful but they won’t give me my money back won’t send me a pre paid return label even
They never once told me about the taste or smell and now they auto shipped me more ! I do not want it none of friends want it and it’s expensive! What kind of company doesn’t honor their own merchandise… and then they answer in a foreign tongue so not even in usa

This is the first purchase of weight loss items that I have actually lost weight. I've been taking the SLMR and TFXX now for several months and I'm down about 22 lbs!!! Truly curbs my appetite to a point that I don't crave breads and sugar rich foods. While I am not able to get in touch with my original sales person, I have reached out to Customer Support or logged into my account and swapped items out myself very easily. I find with the auto-ship you must monitor it when you get your email!! This way you can go in and change your auto ship order if you need to.

This company is a scam. When you order once it becomes an auto ship situation and it becomes impossible to cancel. The distributors make their money off these auto ships so they don't cancel when you ask them too. Mine, Alyssa Rippenger didn't tell me to cancel it on my own and said she cancelled it. She DID NOT! Im out $300.

Not happy with these supplements at all! I ordered the 30 day drop system. Since being on these supplements I have had severe joint pain, stomach pain and terrible reflux. I have reached out to my “It Works” sales person asking for a cancellation and a money back refund. She refuses to cancel anything and says I can’t cancel as this is what I signed up for. I feel like I have just thrown a substantial amount of money to the wind as I absolutely cannot keep taking the products. Please help!

Actually gained weight my rep said I could use it even though I have chrohns the thermo has 3 peppers in it that caused a lot of heat in my body which is not good sorry to say she was after the kick backs sad really

I am just about halfway through one bottle of BRN+ and I gotta tell you, I haven't lost any pounds. What I've gained from this product is joint pain.
My body aches and I've had headaches all week. Wondering if this could be a side effect. Maybe this product isn't for me. =(

Tread carefully. My rep talked to me about her “friends” losing all this weight. She gave me very basic info on the program. Even told me the products would be safe to take with another med my dr prescribed me (Dr says nope). She told me she could give me her discount. I had no idea her discount get me stuck for 3 months of orders. When I tried to cancel month 2 that was when I was made aware. I said I was signed up by my rep with zero information on how this program billing worked. I even said I would cut my card off. I was then told she didn’t recommend I cut my card off as I would be taken to collections. So I had no choice but to pay for month 2. Now on month 3 I had to cut my card off as the rep had access to my numbers and I am just not comfortable with any of it. Now they apparently shipped month 3 even though I don’t have a good card on file. I’m now being texted multiple times by multiple people and this all just happened this evening. I don’t even have a new card to use yet as my new one hasn’t arrived. And now I’m being charged with a late fee as well. I should be able to cancel when I want being that I never signed a contract. I didn’t even sign myself up. I have all the screen shots of all the conversations to prove I was never told the details of the billing. This company is a huge scam.

Updating due to it works reply. I only agreed to fulfill after I received texts from a different person when I tried to cancel who told me the company would take me to collections. What choice exactly am I given at that point. I again have all the screen shots. I saw the first reply told me to contact you which I was going to do but now you seriously as a business attempted to twist something without hearing from me first in which I would have shared ALL messages with you including where the initial rep didn’t explain the obligation to me in the first place.

I am a distributor for ItWorks. At first, I thought it was great. I loved how it was “Christian based” and me being a Christian myself, I wanted to support. Reading all of these reviews I now see how ItWorks has played me and preyed on my beliefs. It makes me so mad that they made being a Christian a huge thing and one lady even said she took money from a business and God paid it all back for her. Yeah. I sense bad things from this business. I wish I would have never spent the $150 CAD to sign up. One of my friends was suppose to get $150 because I signed up. I think she did, buuut her “friend” is taking over and won’t stop messaging me on what I have to say to people. Nothing is your own words and I am not allowed to reply to anyone without this lady’s concern. BIG red flags here. Too bad I will never make this money back or even get it back. So PLEASE DONT GET DUPPED LIKE ME. just because something is Christian doesn’t mean it really is. Also the skinny gummies AND ThermofightX are really messing with my brain. Like my mental health was fine. Since starting the gummies and other supplement, I mentally don’t feel right. Like I can tell something is off. They also have on their website that one of those items is approved by Health Canada….bull crap. I go to look on the package and it says nothing. When I received my business package I also got a tumbler, frother mixing thing, and metal straw. The tumbler had a ding in it and the frother was used and very cheaply made. I do not recommend this anymore

First thing to really help me get my health back and track and actually lose weight especially after an early hysterectomy. Brilliant products and am loving the new Simply Aloe. I am taking the Slimming Reset, Super Greens, the amazing Skny Brew and Super Reds along with the Simply Aloe. Thank you It Works!

Tried Itworks products for 3 months (Feb, Mar, Apr),I had to sign up for subscription but was told by rep that she would cancel it after 3 months, that didn't happen. I received an email today that my next order was going to ship soon. I tried going online to my account and have had issues each and every time. I contacted my rep, initially she said since I placed the order, she could not cancel it. I said I never placed the order,this is a continuation of my subscription which should have been cancelled after 3 months She sent me a link, which I was able to sign into and cancelled my subscription. Thankfully I logged into my Paypal and figured out how to remove ItWorks from their automatic payment platform. The kicker I had to go to all 3 payments made to them and cancel each individually. Shipment not ordered by me is supposed to be mailed out tomorrow May 14/24 - hoping it is not and that I can no longer be charged. Used the gummies, Thermofight X, Formula FF and also tried the wraps, cleanse and Super Greens. I also have been eating healthy and drinking lots of water - in 3 months I have no weight loss, bloating is still there and I do not feel any better than I did before I spent all this money. Cannot recommend this product - definitely did not work for me.

Called customer service with number provided, the attendant assured me that my subscription was cancelled and that I should not receive any further orders nor will I be charged. Currently, satisfied.

I received a package I did not order on April 22 I returned package on April 23. I was charged 248$ and as of today no refund may 11th . The representative put me on automatic renewal and I did not authorize this . Please beware she took my cc info and now tells me I have to wait for head office to credit me . I never delt with them and she is a top tear representative . She should stand by her mistake I NEVER AUTHORIZED the automatic renewal .

now they have the product i spent money sending it back and i have no money refund

I wanted to try some of the products to help on my weight loss journey. Biggest Mistake of my life... The first day I started.. the coffee tasted terrible, and made me wanna throw up.. secondly the appetite suppressant aka the Burnt + made me violently sick... I took and a couple of hours later I felt weak and just not like myself and next thing I knew I was throwing up a bunch. It also lead me to have a massive headache. Overall it made me feel weird and not like myself, alongside feeling super sick. Plus the price super expensive. I went to cancel my subscription but ofc had to pay to cancel bc I used the 3 months to get the discount. I have also created a ticket to make sure they cancel my subscription and close my account. Do not use them unless you do extensive research and get the products approved by a doctor, bc they can make you feel super super sick from day 1.

I am not pleased with this product at all. I signed up through an acquaintance. She has posted pictures on Facebook that are not true because I know her in person. I gave her the benefit of the doubt but I know she’s lying and she’s putting up fake pictures. This product does not work, I tried to cancel after the first month. I was advised I would have to pay this big amount so I let it go for the three months subscription, but it’s trash do not buy this product. You will not lose anyway weight. I hope this helps someone I wish I would’ve read the reviews first, but on a good note, my subscription has been canceled, but I did have to do the three months subscription so I wouldn’t be charged some large amount.

These people are terrible! My items were sent to the wrong address! I called and tried to get it situated and they had no answer as to a resolution and therefore I’m left without my order or a refund! Very unprofessional and inconsiderate! Don’t waste your money or your time on these people!!! And not to mention it took over a month for them to even send it!!!
