This is a scam business undercovert.
They claim they use UPS (without providing tracking info). Then they claim the delivery has not been possible due to missing address info, attaching a crop of something they pretend is legit UPS info.
Finally they claim the parcel is going to be destroyed by UPS (instead of being returned to the sender?? when ever has this been heard of).

In other words, keep out as much as you can, since you won't get anything from them, only waste money.

Customer service, second to none. One of the best companies I've ever interacted with. answered every questions I had and even adjusted the product to my situation (originally Germany, tailored to English) Quality, perfect. Price, great (other then VAT not being included until payment which would be nice if changed but not massive).

Overall, a breath of fresh air compared to other companies in the UK and EU. Take notes if your looking to improve your business's B2C relations.

We were looking for quality laptops for our Team but the prices of brand new were out of our Budget so we contacted the IT Xchange guys and in a very short space of time we had agreed on Specifications (they were able to upgrade Memory / Disk space etc) and prices for refurbished units. We were also able to add in some optional extras to the deal (Desktop Keyboards / Mice / Headsets). Great experience all round, very knowledgeable Sales Team and obviously efficient Operations. We will certainly be going back when we are looking for our next refresh.
