Do yourself a favor a stay away. Loan originators falling like flies and defaulted loan are pretty normal on the platform. All this for a 9-10% return whilst the stock market boosts a 20% return ytd.

Avoid like the plague.
I have invested in dozens of P2P loan companies. Some are good. IUVO Isn't one.Most of the money I invested is tied up in defaulted loans. The buyback guarantee is worthless if there are reasons to fail to apply it. Nevertheless, the company continue to try to sell me more products, sometimes even calling me to ask me to do so. Fool me once.
Just a little update - three and a half years later, I still haven't seen a penny.

At a conducted auction the court in Poland issued a preliminary decision in favor of the pre-pack purchase of CBC. However, given the unsatisfactory parameters of the pre-pack purchase, iuvo – with the assistance of the law firm Zimmerman Sierakowski & Partners (a leading law firm that is closely specialized in insolvency procedures) and other creditors – invested serious resources and efforts to effectively challenge the decision, which culminated with success. Based on the challenging of the decision and the subsequent review by the court, the process for pre-pack purchasing of CBC was stopped and the court ruled the initiation of a remedial proceeding. The information will continue to be transparently communicated by our team and we will keep informing you as soon as we receive more details.
The buyback guarantee is a requirement for every originator on iuvo. In case the borrower stops paying their loan, the originator buys the remaining invested sum back. Every originator offers specific terms which are available at our loan originators page. When an originator is not fulfilling their contractual obligations, we are taking legal actions in order to protect the interest of our investors, as in the case with CBC.

So far an avg annual return of 10,89% with 0 defaults. Some high risk ones are close to 60+ delay when the buyback will kick in.
The only thing i am worried about is all the promotions. Free money is nice. But money always comes from somewhere. Id rather have Iuvo first be a healthy financial company before they give a lot of promotions.
Edit:
IUVO compared to others is not able to repay the finances invested that are locked in Russia.
Mintos and peerberry better options.

Too many defaulted loans
Like others having invested using Iuvo, I have 90% of my investments defaulted. Been investing since prior to covid-19. Other platforms do not have this issue.
I do not recommend!

As you already know, there is a submitted claim for starting the procedure of declaring the company insolvent and a claim for initiating a procedure for restructuring and healing the company. Based on these claims and the analysis of the assets and liabilities of CBC, it was expected a decision from the court in Poland about which procedure will follow. On that time, we received information about submitted claims for pre-pack purchasing of CBC by two companies as a special procedure in the course of insolvency. If the purchase is completed, it will bring faster satisfaction of the creditors of CBC and limiting the devaluation of their assets in the long process of the standard procedure of insolvency.

I'm client since before covid, during covid period, some partner just stop to pay, so i'm now stuck with 35% of my portfolio in default.
2 Warning : - their auto-invest process doesn't invest in the best loan for you ... 35 % in default because of it (tks to CBC mostly)
- Their follow in case of default is absolutly bad ! We have nearly no news, their blog post are useless.

Hard to get your money out, lousy website design
After registration and investing the first money I got annoying calls from Iuvo multiple times a month trying to get me to invest more money or refer friends - under the cover of "asking how satified I am with the service". This didn't even after weeks and multiple calls.
The website regarding existing investments is not very clear or simple. It's hard to get a proper overview of you active investments as it shows a lot of old finished investments as well with 0,- invested. Lousy web site design.
I wanted to get all my money out and stop using it. Now I have some signifikant money in investments that I cannot get out. Even though they have a "Secondary Market" you should not think that you can use it to get your money out if necessary. They just put some of there "Partners" on the list of not tradable contracts, so my money is stuck in there for almost a year with no chance of getting it out. So you should also avoid long term investments as the chances to get your money out earlier is low.
All in all I cannot recommend this platform at all. There are more reliable and trustworthy services out there.

All the data we receive is given by our customers, including phone numbers. Our personal account managers are always calling people who are registered on the platform. We are following strictly all GDPR rules.
The minimum amount of withdrawing is 10 EUR, 10 BGN, 10 RON, 10 PLN, 10 RUB and it will be active on 25.08.2021.
In the past month we had several new opportunities for our investors:

The loans you buy on iuvo could be sold to other investors on the secondary market. If we are talking about loans of the companies iuvo is in active law procedures with, for example CBC loans, they can't be sold or bought on iuvo since August 2020.
Our team continues to work daily on the case with CBC together with leading professionals. We are working with our experienced partners from MFG (Management Financial Group) - the holding, that iuvo is part from, as well as with leading law firms.
Thanks to the assistance of law firm Zimmerman Sierakowski & Partners and other creditors, there was a successful development in the process – the actions related to the pre-pack purchase of CBC were stopped and the court ruled the start of a remedial proceeding. We will continue to update you on the development of the case.
