I'm withdrawing from IUVO. Reasons being; poor communication and LOs going bust. I'm very well aware that these things can happen. However there are no regular updates on the status of CBC(KFP). I don't like being kept in the dark.

The buy back guarantee has no value, do not put your money at risk. IUVO stated they selected "trusted and reliable originator" but 3 (BBG, CBC, Monify) already are not respecting the buy back and we are pending evolution of legal processes since months.

Avoid it: I trusted them using autoinvest, and expecting a nice diversification. It ended up that most of my loans were from CBC which is a loan originator not paying anymore! Buyback guarantee was selected but not triggered. I've now got a good amount stuck in the platform, and cannot withdraw it

Weak Loan Originator management. Iuvo has serious problem with CBC (KFP) Poland, still not quite transparent to platform users for what steps have been made. Trying to swipe the problem under the carpet with generic responses when questions are asked.

They state what they did, but zero information about LO response, Legal system response, terms of the process, expected outcome, etc.

IUVO "Autoinvest" not so clever invested all my money on one credit broker (CbC), which does not meet its obligations. Never earned a single penny. Currently, my invests seem to be a total loss. To throw all eggs in one basked is the thing I blame IUVO for! One star is too much.

Of all the 29 (!) P2P / P2B platforms I've been testing during the last 3 years, Iuvo appears to be the safest and the more efficient.
Of course, investing in loans is risky,
Of course, gross returns are not even close to the industry-famous 12 % in the end,
Of course, there will be late installments (+- 25 %),
BUT
once you've set your filters correctly and according to reasonable financial goals, Iuvo Group appears to be the one platform that most consistently works.
Plus : - great customer support, even though I find their marketing method of calling you directly on your phone somewhat bothersome;
- Only platform to be "spared" by the fierce critic "Roasted Peerduck", and that means something;
I also give 5 stars in order to counterweight a little bit all the whining reviews from noobs I suspect to be aspiring to get rich overnight by putting far more than they can afford to lose. ^^

When things are going well, they are fine.
However, whenever there are any issues, they do not want to help and do not care about their customers.
It is when things are astray that you want the company you are dealing with to stand up for you and support you.

Re Your reply. It is disappointing that you choose to abdicate your responsibilities, and to obfuscate matters by picking and choosing "facts".
Just for the record, in response:
+ my issue is NOT that I was taxed by my bank.
+ my requests to use TransferWise were rejected by your organisation several times.
+ your previous correspondence indicated to me that you considered the matter was closed and that you weren't "open to discuss the case."
My perception of a company that offers "the best customer experience" is obviously very different to yours. When I have run companies in the past, I always fixed mistakes and put the customer first.
Again - a disappointing experience.

All features of the website were functioning properly until, suddenly, exporting my investments, filtering them, sorting them, or trying to perform any action on them stopped working. I reported this issue to IUVO on Sep 23 and they have responded by acknowledging that there is a bug in my account only. First, I do not understand what they mean by there is a bug in "my account only". How can there be a bug in one account ONLY? The bug is definitely present for all users and all accounts but the problem is that IUVO wasn't able to figure out the root cause of the bug to understand why I am facing this issue along with a couple other users. I have done some testing and figured out that the bug happens when KVIKU loan with ID 1004100 is present in my investments. If I filter out this loan, everything works fine. What makes the situation even worse is that IUVO acknowledged the presence of this bug 1 week ago but still until now didn't care to fix it even though I explained how important it is to fix this bug since I do all my analysis on excel due to the lack of proper reports and analytics on IUVO's website. Extremely bad customer service. You should take bugs on your platform much more seriously than you do especially that you deal with people's money. I hope IUVO will take this under their serious consideration and proceed in fixing the bug asap!!!

Customer service has been great, and whenever I've had a question they have been quick to respond. Been a very reliable partner for my own venture into P2P lending. The platform is quite easy to use aswell, and the design is practical and won't take long to get the hang on.

My favorite P2P site. By far.
Having tried several different sites, Iuvo is my favorite. They have a very intuitive site which gives a good insight in your portfolio, even in you're investing in multiple loans and multiple currencies. From the overview, you can look into specific loans, giving you any information you can possibly want.
The search for new loans to invest is aided by a broad array of savable filtering options. Auto invest is also availible, aided by the same filtering options as the manual investment.
What really makes Iuvo stand out is the personal touch of the customer service and transparent approach of any issues you have with the service.
Another feature that makes them stand out is the easily viewable and searchable account statment. Every loan on the platform is secured by a buyback guarantee and interest that continues to add up in the event of a late payment.
Is everything perfect? Sadly not. As Iuvo is a smaller platform (compared to Mintos for example) resulting in fewer options to invest in if you want to maintain the same diversification and generally slightly lower profit margins.
There are some features for showing portfolio statistics (available on for example Mintos or Bondster) that are still lacking, but I heard they are working on those.
The bonus campaigns are a trap, just ignore those

IUVO looks fantastic. Unfortunately my first deposit was never credited. The funds left my bank but IUVO claimed that they never arrived at their bank. Unfortunately I cannot use the platform in this case.
