I really enjoy investing in iuvo
I really enjoy investing in iuvo. I've tried quite many platforms, but here I was contacted by the phone and guided by the customer support team, something I've never experienced anywhere else.
My return now is apprx. 10%

I have been on the page for a while and it is not true what they say that if they give you high profitability, that if they have many loans and in the end they do not have any of that it is a fail and I try to sell the loans and nobody buys them because almost nobody uses the platform of all the loan platforms that I use this is the worst I do not recommend it to my worst enemy

An outstanding platform
IUVO has a clear interface, high level of transparency, and an excellent customer support.
After more than 2 years and 15 p2p platforms tested, I gave a try to IUVO given the many good reviews online and the recommendations of my friends. It was well worth it.
I received a personalized phone call and email helping me in my first steps. First time I see this! Kudos to you.

What I like
- Platform with a decent history and good financial performance.
- Big amount of loans already issued.
- Good team, employees are visible on their website.
- All loan originators have buyback guarantee.
What I don't like
- the amount of fake reviews here.
- The fact that on auto-invest you cannot easily select the remaining loan term.
- The interest rates are low compared to others (at least for EUR currency).
- The buyback guarantee does not cover interest not earned during the late period, meaning if a borrower does not pay, until the buyback kicks in, you have the money invested in that loan as cash drag.

- We are collecting reviews only from our investors and they are asked to share their experience if they would like to. Fake reviews would not work in our favor as we use these reviews to improve our platform.
- We are working on improvements for our Auto Invest feature. An easier way to select the remaining term of the loan will be added within the next couple of weeks.
- The interest rates on iuvo start from 5% and go up to 14%. Part of our safety policy is not having buyback on the interest as it puts extra pressure on the originator. Yes, having the highest possible return is great, but safety is our top priority.
Top P2P Lending Plattform
The verification and the deposit process were easy and 10-12% yields are very good for experienced loan origantors.

Smooth process, less and less high yield loans (if any)
It is a well working platform with good customer service.
However, there are less and less (if any) of the loans for which I signed up in the first place - loans in EUR 11-15% interest rate.

Okay service, but low returns
I divided my portfolio over 3 platforms. Iuvo is by far the worst performing one in terms of profit. It claims up to 10-15%, but in reality it is around 5-6%. This is mainly caused by the fact that more than half of my portfolio is constantly beyond the grace period and thus not 'working for me'...
Also, there are just not so much loans out there. If you filter for 'healthy' investment options and if you try to diversify at the same time, you are left with very few (or a lot of the times no) options. That's why another 20% of my money is not invested: constantly sitting there in the wallet, waiting for good investments, but doing nothing.
Setting up an account was easy and employees even called me after a week to ask if everything was okay. (Although they keep calling now and then, even after I clearly stated that I prefer not to be called). The sign-up bonus is the best out there and the site is pretty clear, but overall it's just the worst performing portfolio I have.

Good earnings, lack of information and control.
Iuvo is a natural part of my PTP portfolio.
Yield and amount of loans is great.
Auto invest works fine, but control of loan length is tricky, as Iuvo deals in number of periods and not actual time (7days - 1 month to each period).
I have ended up with 3 Auto invest 7 week / 2 weeks / 1 month to stay in control.
Control of diversification between loan providers is also missing.
Dashboard of existing and available loans could be seriously improved with Graphical representation - see other leading PTP platforms ;-)
All in all I'll keep Iuvo, but these shortcomings keeps me from making it one of my cornerstones in my portfolio.

I like that system, but ...
If I am honest I like that system. I like how it works. I like the idea and concept.
My concerns:
Withdraw process. I am not able to get my RON back for a long time. Probably almost one year and I've discussed this situation with support few times.
I have been suggested to send few more RON which I did but still no results.
But so far I can't get back my RON.
For that reason I stop sending more money there.
And hope someday I'll be able to withdraw.
