Assisted by Mason today about extending my lifetime subscription that I got from Stacksocial 5 years ago. It was very simple and pleasant interaction through the Live Chat feature on their website, and my subscription is now extended for another 5 years! Thank you Mason and Ivacy!

Aneketh was my tech. He/she did a great job, was patient and made sure that all was working. Also I had all my questions answered.

Great VPN service, I purchased a lifetime subscription years ago through Slack, but had to contact them recently to have it re-renewed. Spoke to James via the live chat who was great, the whole experience only took a few minutes, really handy to have good customer support for such things as usually in my experience you are waiting ages to get things fixed.
Outside of this the VPN always works flawlessly, only use it occasionally but never fails.

I have been using Ivacy applications for 5 years. I'm completely satisfied because they are easy to use and, most of the time, effective. In fact, I just contacted support because my lifetime subscription had strangely expired. James was very helpful and extremely efficient as he immediately extended my subscription for another 5 years.

When it comes to support Mason helps you and goes the extra mile. Otherwise I can't say anything bad. It always worked for me anywhere I was with all my devices. Windows, Android, iOS, MacOS.

Bought a "lifetime licence" for IVACY VPN via Stacksocial 5 years ago, however... it expired !!
So i talked to support and James was able to help and extend the licence for another 5 years.
I'll come back in 5 years from now :-)

Bought a long-term sub 5 years ago. Speeds are pretty good and it's worked well for years. I wanted to renew my sub so I chatted with Mason, who was able to give me a great deal for another long-term sub.

I purchased a lifetime license almost ten years ago because it was a good deal at the time. I use my account rarely, but it is super handy when I do need it. Logged in today(06/28/24) and found my license had expired. I contacted support fully expecting them to say "Too bad"; however Mason, the support person I spoke with, extended my license for another several years. Continuing to honor the lifetime license I purchased a long time ago.

I have assisted by Mason and i am very pleased for everything.

Been with Ivacy VPN for years after trying a few others that I had a nightmare with had small problem the other day and sorted out by their Customer Service department within 12 hours excellent.

Terrible company.

Support mostly useless, their app is most of the time buggy, even canceling a subscription take hours.

It's a 2 star review because I have used the app for more than a year.
