Was slightly surprised to get confirmation that my product had been picked and packed on the same day I Ordered. I then received the package via Royal Mail 48h delivery on the next Monday - really prompt considering I'm in Sheffield and it was the weekend. Delivery slot was communicated clearly too. The package was well wrapped and presented. Brilliant service and so glad I found Ivan Jameson's.

I purchased a pair of Diesel Larkee 1985 jeans from Ivan Jameson using their website. I live in Cambridgeshire on the mainland but the jeans still arrived very quickly and in pristine condition. It is the first time I have used this company but I certainly wouldn’t be afraid to use them again. No nonsense, first class service. Thank you

I ordered a jacket for my partner. It was delivered in good time and he was delighted with it.

I'm 100% happy with the product and it was delivered on the date stipulated when ordering. The product was well packaged and the hand written note was a nice touch. The company's communication, however, is non existent. I made an error with the shipping address and contacted Matthew at Ivan Jameson several times to correct this. I also contacted the general enquiries email address. To date, there has not been a single response from Matthew nor general enquiries. The item was delivered to the shipping address, which was a former employer. I had to collect it from there - not ideal. I made a mistake by not changing the shipping address but the company clearly don't check their emails and are not bothered about after sales service. The company definitely has my email address as, since delivery, they have bombarded me with emails to write a review, yet could not respond the a request from a client. Shocking service.
