The process of buying was really easy but...
The process of buying was really easy and delivery was ok (could have been quicker but that depends on Royal Mail!).
The issue I had is that I purchased an 18650 to 21700 adapter but on the website it doesn’t tell you that they are individually sold so I now have to buy it again and pay the postage again.

Sorry to hear it took so long to arrive, but it's out of our hands once it's been shipped; it's in the hands of Royal Mail (First Class normally takes 1-2 days).
There was also a delay in actually shipping the order because you placed the order on a Saturday (after 11am cut-off), and the post office didn't open again until till the following Tuesday (due to Bank Holiday Monday).
