Personalised care from start to finish

We are absolutely overjoyed and forever grateful to the entire team at IVF London for the exceptional care, support, and professionalism they provided throughout our IVF journey. From the very beginning, we felt reassured and confident that we were in the best hands.
The staff were not only incredibly knowledgeable and informative, but also kind, compassionate, and always available to answer our questions—no matter how big or small, at any time of day. Every step of the process was clearly explained, and their communication was second to none. They truly made a complex and emotional journey feel manageable and filled with hope.
What stood out most was the way they treated us—not just as patients, but as individuals. Their warmth and understanding meant everything to us, and it gave us the courage to go ahead with the treatment.
Thanks to their expertise and unwavering support, we are now incredibly lucky to be expecting twins after our first round of IVF, and words cannot fully express how thankful we are. We wholeheartedly recommend IVF London to anyone beginning their fertility journey. You will be in the most capable and caring hands!

With all our gratitude

My experience

FACTUAL BACKGROUND
I attended IVF London seeking fertility advice. They diagnosed me incorrectly and prescribed aggressive hormonal treatments, including Prostap. However, just days later, I obtained a second opinion at a different clinic. That clinic performed more detailed scans, and instead identified fibroids (including a pedunculated fibroid) that required surgical removal.

MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE
I believe the initial diagnosis from IVF London was incomplete or inaccurate, since the second clinic uncovered a clear explanation for my fertility struggles (fibroids), which IVF London did not address.

In my view, I was subjected to unnecessary treatments and scans that did not improve my fertility, and I paid nearly £3.000 out-of-pocket for these services.

I have documented communication attempts requesting an explanation or refund for what I consider medically unjustified expenses, yet I have not received a satisfactory response.
The stress from these unresolved issues has severely impacted my health, including migraines and other symptoms. I also have a documented diagnosis of Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS), which worsens under stress.

REQUEST FOR RESOLUTION
I am publicly sharing my experience because I want IVF London to address this matter. I have repeatedly asked for a full refund only for treatments and tests that, based on the second opinion, were unnecessary. Should IVF London choose to refund me, I would welcome the opportunity to resolve this amicably.

WHY I’M POSTING THIS REVIEW
I’m sharing these details in good faith to inform others about what happened in my specific case. All statements here are backed by medical records, second-opinion findings, and documented communication logs, which I’m prepared to provide if needed. It is my hope that IVF London will review my situation, acknowledge any shortcomings, and offer an appropriate resolution.

DISCLAIMER
Please note, this review is based on my personal experience and opinions, supported by the medical and billing records I have in my possession. I encourage IVF London to reach out directly if they believe there is any factual inaccuracy, as I am willing to discuss the matter further.

It is appalling that people's distress are used to make money out of it

I had a 3D Aqua scan appointment that I attended on Thursday 21st of November at 2.00 pm. As soon as I got to the clinic, I was asked to pay £475 before the scan. After waiting for more than an hour to be seen by a doctor, I was finally received by a doctor. The scan didn't go ahead under the pretext that I had an infection. I am saying this because, no test was done to prove this, and I went to a different clinic a couple of days after to get a scan, no infection was found. I was told to go back to the receiption, purchase some antibiotics for £30 and request a refund. When I went to speak to the receptionist, she told me that she will go to speak to the finance person, Varsha and at first she refused to provide the refund. When I told them that it wasn't my fault that this was cancelled, she took me in a different room and proceeded to tell me that they needed to pay the doctor for his time and pay for the consummables. I told her that this wasn't mentioned to me in advance and that she should provide this in writing. Then she agreed to refund approximately 50% of the total cost. At first, I was told that this will be refunded back to the bank card that I used to make the payment, and now I am having to write emails back and forth to them to receive the refund. The last email that I received from them was to tell me that I am going to have to wait for 3 weeks....

Excellent clinic

Excellent clinic. Personalised treatment.

We went here after failed cycle at Create St. Pauls. IVF London was much better and we wish we had been with them from the start. The treatment was successful and resulted in the birth of our son but that's not the reason for the top rating. The rating is based on the fact we received top treatment with cutting edge science in a relatively small clinic which was deeply personalised and made us feel much more comfortable than what we had experienced previously. They give you the advice to work around your schedule but maximise your success which is important if you are working full time as there are a lot of appointments needed for IVF. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

My Wife and I recently had a initial free mini consultation with a specialist. I must say very professional and helpful. And without hesitation booked their services. Rachel explained the next steps and offered a discount. Would highly recommend
