If I could give minus stars I would

If I could give minus stars I would . This company is a scam . Offered £300 end of life valuation , collected the car without proper paperwork. 4 days later have offered £80 or collect car from their offices in central London , just off Grest Portland Street W1. Absolute scammers do not use them .

I wouldn't count on them

No idea what to think of this company.
I submitted three shipping inquiries: shipments from Africa to different parts of the world.
I also included several notes.

The quote came through, but my notes and follow-up questions were not answered. At the same time, they kept asking me things like “what’s the status of your planned trips?” and “do you have any further questions?”

I asked those questions repeatedly - feedback: none.
But I kept receiving messages like “We just wanted to check in to see if you are still interested in shipping...” in my inbox.

Thanks for absolutely nothing.

Conclusion: If shipping already costs a fortune and there are numerous hidden fees, you at least expect good support - someone who gives you a sense of security and guides you through the process. Especially when, like us, you’re new to shipping.

So it’s better to go with a private shipping agent who has built a solid reputation and can be relied upon.

Shipping my vehical to Mexico for…

Shipping my vehical to Mexico for £3000+. The sales department are good.
They couldn't keep our valuables safe and it arrived minus many things. Its sad they can't be responsible for the safe keeping of good they charge so heavily for. Its hard to feel you've been served well. Just another company squeezing money from the consumer.

Useless company

Useless company !
Yes, I got a quote in no time, but when I reply to get some details, nobody answer. One reminder, a second one. Someone told me that the guy in charge was off and will reply the next day. Again nothing, a third reminder.. And then, an answer informing me that the information they sent me were wrong and the carrier was not accepting longer RoRo. Just 3 weeks lost because of the useless agent who doesn't care about customer services.

Worse company Ive ever dealt with

Worse company Ive ever dealt with. We were trying to transport a vehicle UK to the US and messaged few companies to get quotes. IVSS told us we need to go on their website to get a quote and when we did we had to agree to terms and conditions in order to submit the request. After we filled out the required info they send us a generic PDF file with all prices for all services they offer. We told them we like the prices and we would like to proceed. The next step is they told us what documents they need from us in order to start the process. The very same day, after not sending them any documents we told them we would not like to go forward. The next few days went with them requesting the paperwork from us and we reportedly writing them few times a day that we are Not going forward with their company. After they finally agreed to acknowledge us they sent us an invoice for “the work they’ve done” for $250 or something like that which we had to pay or else we were threatened to be taken to debt collector or followed by legal actions. They are taking advantage of people and no customer should have to be charged when they request a quote or shop
around for a fairly expensive service. This is not fair or professional way of doing business. Requesting a quote should be a generic information customers are allowed to receive in order to compare and make decisions as part of fair business practices.

Many thanks for your review, you received a quote free of charge and without commitment
You agreed and accepted that quotation
You gave us instructions to proceed with your shipment
We agreed to and followed your written instructions and as such we entered into a legally binding contract
You decided to cancel your shipment after we had completed a lot of our work on your urgent shipment
As such, and per the contact cancellation fees were payable
All very normal

Shipped to go and retrun from south…

Shipped to go and retrun from south America with our truck.
Very kind, only not if you try to negociate prices.

Best quotes but after :
- Couldn't explain why the exchange rate to invoice in dollars was higher 1% than the official one (60 euros of difference), althought I asked for an explanation several times about the invoice.
- Advised us to take a boat earlier than we could take at the end, and then we had a fee of 50 euros to change the bookin for the boat after. (Was written in the policy but not very commercial to fee us after advising as I said it would be short).
- Had to negotiate with agents in South America too (change rates in Argentina and Colombia... always), I know other companies deal with them directly, and it seemed easier for other travellers.

A bit disapointed.
If I had to do it again, I think I'd try an other shipping service.

We shipped with them from Europe to …

We shipped with them from Europe to Halifax, excellent service, helped us with insurance for driving in Canada and the USA.

By far the cheapest quotes.

We will be booking our return journey with them.
