Waiting times depending on the fabric arriving, but the option of having things tailored to your mesurments in the fabric of your choice by local, fairly paid people is quite awesome and worth the price.

The item I ordered was described as wearable as a dress but was a regular sized shirt at best. Patch on the front was a very different color from what was displayed on the website, and completely different and cheap looking material. I know the clothes are made to order (which I think is great) but this item just did not resemble the product images or description at all. Also it's an alt brand so it coming with a flyer that calls my wardrobe s**t would be fair game but it leaves a sour taste when the piece of clothing it comes with is just bad and overpriced for what it is. I've written to them about this almost two weeks ago now but still have yet to receive a response. Only reason I'm not giving one star is that it's a small brand so I don't want to be too harsh, but I'm very disappointed.

edit: Changed my rating to a single star after finding another review for the shop "Ivyberlin" (one word so unclaimed but clearly the same shop) complaining about the same item I received, with exactly the same issues I listed. I feel completely ripped off.

A really great selection of unique clothes! Always a great experience coming here and they also alter clothes for the perfect fit.

Bad communication and disregarding of consumer laws.
Ordered four pieces and they took a month to arrive. Fair enough, as they’re handmade. 2 didn’t fit, 2 I didn’t even try on because they did not appeal to me. Return e-mail was only answered after being in contact on Instagram and now the return for refund is being denied, which is a violation of consumer law. They try to appease you with gift cards but if you want a refund, it’s more than a hassle. They make excuses on the ground of the items being made to order, and don’t adhere to the rights of withdrawal that are given on their website.
Parcel is on its way back now, I wonder if I will ever receive a refund.

Edit: I received a refund of 3/4 my order. One item was refused a refund on the basis of it being a hygiene product, despite it not being marked as such by the necessary legal tags / packaging.
Just don’t bother.

Really cool clothes and very nice attention! Got a new pair of pants customized (which is a great plus in a clothing shop) and I am happy with my purchase :)

I came into the shop with an idea of what I wanted, and I left having designed the perfect custom outfit! I picked it up just a few days later and it was PERFECT. It was great working with Ivy for a locally-designed (with me!), handmade piece that was exactly what I was looking for. I'll definitely buy here again!!

I actually used to go to school with the designer and just found her website. Ordered a pair of earrings to try and support an old friend and am in love with my little snakes :) Keep doing you!

I adored the IVY stuff since the day I saw it through the window of Radical shop. It always looked catchy and bright. Few days ago my friend was wearing cloth from IVY on photoshoot and it looked god damn stunning!

Super nice customer service. Put the wrong address in my order and they corrected it before it was sent :) Clothes came yesterday and i can't wait to rock them
