James has been both professional and approachable throughout the whole process of our sale from start to finish.We cannot thank him enough and his calm manner and knowledge have been key to keeping any stress levels to a minimum. Really pleased with our decision to appoint Ivy Gate to sell our home. The speed and efficiency with which Clare and Stuart got us on to the market was incredible. Thereafter, they were brilliantly responsive with Stuart even jumping off his bike when he saw me out on a run to provide me with an update! They did a great job of keeping things moving, keeping all parties in the chain on track.
Save but to say, I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them in the future.

Personal Service-Sensible Fees. This is Ivy Gate statement, well they certainly lived up to it. We have in the last day or so completed the sale of our one bedroom flat in Surrey our personal relationship manager was James and he was just great to deal with truly his communication skills were clear and prompt he paid attention to what was being said and always got back to me straight away which is rare these days he always answered his phone and even rang me from home when we needed help. We had initially used another estate agency and I can tell you the difference between them and Ivy Gate was like night and day. James said that we were a pleasure to do business with but what James didn't know was that we have VERY high demands when we are dealing with any company and this can sometimes be difficult, but when I say I did not have to complain once throughout this whole experience I genuinely mean that as everything went smoothly and this was all down to the attention and great communication services that James and Ivy Gate supplied. If you are going to sell your property either now or in the future do yourself a favour and give these guys a call you will not regret it - in fact like us you will probably find it easy. So far, so good, with our experience with Ivy Gate. Ellie showed us around the house we are now renting and was really good at keeping us updated and replied quickly when we had any queries and never made us feel like we was asking silly questions (Being the first time we have rented somewhere). Jack was also great and very informative, making sure the current tenants and ourselves were safe when viewing a house during COVID. Again, never made us feel silly when we threw questions at him. Ellie and Jack are really friendly and approachable. We know we can go to them with any issue and it will be resolved in a timely manner.

We have known Matt (Managing Director of Ivygate) for many years. Matt first arranged the rental of our property when we took an international role several years ago and more recently sold our property. The sale was difficult and quite simply would not have had happened without Matt. His diplomacy, market knowledge, responsiveness and relationships with a number of stakeholders helped to secure the sale. We cannot recommend him enough.

Matt from Ivy Gate helped to push through my purchase as part of a 6 link chain that dragged on for many months. He was instrumental in driving the chain forward when it was threatening to slow to a standstill and although various factors introduced delays and complications, I was impressed with his handling of the situation and his responsive to questions. His hard work in getting it all to completion is very much appreciated.

We were in a jam, needed help urgently, so we phoned Matt. He found us fantastic tenants and arranged everything even though we were hundreds of miles away. When we needed to fix some complex damp issues, he arranged for the work to be done, all finished to a high standard. Brilliant, brilliant service. Straightforward, honest, and reliable. We invited Hetal Shah to call on us when we were having difficulty in selling our house after having used several other Agents. Ivy Gate claim to be different and although sceptical before I met her, was absolutely convinced, once she had explained their approach. They do not just tell you what you want to hear, but give an honest and knowledgeable appraisal of your property and how they plan to market it. They took videos of the rooms and photos of the house and garden from a drone to show the best aspects of the house and it's location and described it accurately, so as not to mislead applicants. Hetal was always available, outside normal working hours, early mornings and evenings, weekends and Bank holidays for viewings and for any queries from potential purchasers or from us, the vendors. She took control of appointments and viewings and worked tirelessly on the sale of the house.

We have subsequently used Ivy Gate to sell a house this summer, during especially difficult conditions and once again, Hetal undertook the sale with her usual professionalism and diligence to secure the best possible outcome. Even with 5 offers on the table, she continued with viewings to obtain the most favourable offer. When problems arise, she offers helpful solutions, so that the transaction can proceed smoothly.

We also use them to let a property and they are equally efficient in procuring a reliable tenant and offering competitive rates for managing the property.

This Agent is outstanding and I would not hesitate to recommend them for sales, purchases and rental. I am grateful to Hetal and the whole team for the service they offer.

Had heard good things about Matt and his team from a friend. From initial conversations I could tell Ivy Gate were a top notch outfit. To begin with we needed to sell our property and this was taken in hand instantly and everything was arranged quickly, efficiently and effortlessly.

We are relocating to Somerset and at first decided to sell but due to the COVID-19 situation it became apparent that we would be better off (for now) renting our property out, this was not a problem for Matt and his team of professionals. Instantly dealt with and due to the high level of competency our place was listed and rented out within a few days!

We came back from travelling needing to secure a rental in London and Ivy Gate helped us to do that quickly, efficiently and with the least amount of stress. The process was seamless from first viewing to move in date and both Matt and Jack have gone above and beyond more than once to help us during the contract and move-in process - particularly once when we looked ourselves out on a Saturday - which was hugely appreciated. No question is too annoying, no problem is unsolvable - they have been reliable throughout and friendly faces to turn to with any question or task regarding our rental. We are very happy in our property and know we will be looked after should any issues arise. I can not recommend the Ivy Gate team enough and would not hesitate to rent again with them again.

I put one of my flats in the hands of Ivy Gate when my tenant gace me notice to vacate. They acted promptly, photographed and put the property on the market on 24th February. The tenant changed her mind due to lockdown and remained in the property with the wish to stay until January 2021. She then gave notice on 24th June. Ivy Gate re-marketed and they successfully tenanted the property THREE days following her departure. During the whole process Matt Martin a Principal and Bobby Sianak were helpfull, supportive and communicated well. I am extremely happy with the service I received and will use them in future.
